The item is reserved to procure only from the firm's who are registered by PCMD/NWR for non-medicine items. Firms who are participating as an authorized dealer of OEM, are requested to submit the OEM AUTHORIZATION letter from their manufacturer on their letterhead along with the tender. Non- submission of valid OEM AUTHORIZATION letter will make their offer invalid and offer will be summarily rejected (Note : Please also refer the other conditions related with implementation and applicability of eligibility criteria that are mentioned in Para 1.2 of general conditions of tender in section-II of NWR tender condition (SBD) and DPP and other policy guidelines issued by the Railway Board on the matter time to time.

Statutory Variation Clause : Statutory variation in taxes and duties, or fresh imposition of taxes and duties by state/central government in respect of the items stipulated in the contract (and not the raw materials thereof), within the original delivery period stipulated in the contract, or last unconditionally extended delivery period shall be to Railways account.
