Supply of 18W LED, 5700-6500K, (4 ft.) with LED lamp & batten for LED tube made of extruded aluminium/ poly carbonate housing with integrated electronic driver suitable for operation on 220V, 50 Hz AC supply etc.with minimum 3 years OEM warranty as required.

Supply of 1200 mm sweep energy efficient, with double ball bearing, standard down rod and other standard accessories etc without regulator suitable for operation on 230 V 50 Hz AC supply etc complete as required.

Supply of 300 mm sweep heavy duty exhaust fan with minimum rated speed of 900 rpm suitable for mounting on wall for operation on 220V 50 Hz AC.

Supply of 25 W LED street light fixtures suitable to operate on 240V, 50Hz, AC Supply housed in pressure Die-Cast/Extruded Aluminium Alloy/ Standard alloy with toughened glass, IP 66 protection, individual LEDs with secondary optics for obtaining maximum beam spread etc.with minimum 5 years OEM warranty complete as required. The Fixtures shall have separate compartment for LEDs & electronic driver, operating voltage 140-270 V with minimum Surge Protection of minimum 4KV.

Supply of 7W LED lamp of IP 20, electronic driver with surge protection of minimum 2 kV, power factor > 0.95, operating voltage of 140- 270 V.

Supplying of following sizes of 1.1 KV grade, XLPE insulated, Aluminium conductor armoured Power Cable conforming to IS 7098 Part-I 1985 with up to date amendments complete as required as per specifications. 3.5 core, 35 sq.mm.

Supply of water proof PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor flat cable of 3 Core x 4.00 sq. mm of 1.1KV grade suitable for laying along with GI pipe for inter connecting submersible pump etc., complete as required.

Supply of 50 mm dia B class GI pipe.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 4 ft. 1 x 18/20W Indoor type LED Batten complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (up to 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 300 mm sweep heavy duty exhaust fan including providing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 25 W LED street light fixtures without G.I bracket complete as required.

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit as required. 2 x 1.5 sq.mm + 1 x 1.5 sq.mm earth wire

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. 63 mm OD and 51 mm ID

Laying of one number armoured XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HDPE / HUME / METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq.mm

Laying of one number armoured XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq.mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass single compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5 core x 35 sq.mm

SITC of Water dispensers of capacity 40 LPH (or) better with 2 no's Faucets for Normal & Cold water, SS body, suitable for operation on single phase, 230V, 50HZ AC power supply, with stainless steel tank, energy efficient compressor, condenser fan, heat transfer coil with aluminium fins, thermostat etc, provided with inbuilt RO purifier of capacity 25 LPH (or) better with minimum six stage purification including other accessories like auto flush, low pressure switch, automatic level control etc as required.

SITC of 3.00 HP/2.2 KW multistage submersible motor pump set consisting of submersible water filled squirrel cage motor suitable for operation on 440V, 50Hz, 3 Phase AC supply with impellers, water lubricated bearings, tie-bars on studs bolts for connecting the pumps together suction casing, sleeve coupling to connect motor shaft to the pump shaft, installation, lowering of submersible pump along with GI pipe (departmentally supplied) of appropriate length as per site conditions with all including necessary couplings, NRV valve, flanges, reducers other accessories, laying of departmentally supplied 3 core 4 sq.mm flat cable, providing borewell cover etc., complete as required to give a minimum discharge of 20 LPM at a total head of 129 Meters or as per site conditions along with all accessories complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as per specifications.

Providing and laying earth connections from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I wire in 15 mm dia. G.I pipe from earth electrode as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Provision for power supply of 7.5 KW from TANGEDCO including liasoning,energisation and necessary documentation,i.r.o power connection in the name of Airport Director Tuticorin, incidental expenses,i/c statutory charges,Security deposit etc.,of TANGEDCO spares, 3 phase energy meter as per recommendation / Standards of TANGEDCO, providing and fixing of LT 3 phase metering panel double door type, of 14 SWG confirming to IP 55 or higher, with rain cap, provision and fixing of 3 phase energy meter of TANGEDCO, provision and terminating of incoming & outgoing cables through suitable knockout opening, including making connections, earthing, suitable mounting or installation on concrete foundation as per site conditions etc. complete as required with following specifications. Incomer: 63 Amps, FP MCCB with thermomagnetic based trip units for O/L, S/C, on/off indication lamp for MCCB. - 1 no. Outgoings: 63 Amps, FP MCCB with thermomagnetic based trip units for O/L, S/C, on/off indication lamp for MCCB. - 2 nos.

Provision of supply and installation of 1 KVA inverter for domestic application of MOSFET-PWM technology along with the 12V, 150 Ah Lead acid tubular battery with minimum 2 year replaceable Warranty suitable for the input supply of single phase, 230 V, 50 Hz and load factor of 0.6 and above, efficiency more than 70%, input voltage regulation range of 9%, along with protection against short circuit, over voltage and overload protection for inverter along with necessary wiring at required locations, charging point, proper earthing and proper cable connections, suitable mounting arrangement etc. complete as required.
