(i) Jonai Bazar Tinmile Ghat Road from Ch. 0.00m to 6015.00m Clearing and grubbing of road land including up rooting rank vegetation grass,bush shrubs sapling and tree of girth upto 300 mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials & stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000 m including removal & disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per technical Specification Clause 201. (i) By Manual Means- (A) In area light jungle

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3.0m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

Embankment Construction with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits: Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirment of table 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (i) From private land.

Construction of sub grade & earthen shoulders : Construction of Sub grade & Earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300.2 ith a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 .) i) From private land.

Granular Sub-base with coarse graded materials (Table : 400-1) : (A) By Mix in place Method: Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing coarse Graded Materials, spreading in uniform LAYER 1s with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacted with vibratory roller to achieve the desired complete as per cl. 401 (i) For Grading I Material

Water Bound Mecadam : Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification incuding spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tones capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, requisite type of screening/binding material to fill-up the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (With an initial lead of 5.0 km) (A) By manual means I) Grading II b)Using Screening Type A (13.2 mm Agg)

Prime Coat : (i) Low Porosity Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat : (III) Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared non bituminous surfaces (cement concrete pavement) cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant ) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)
