Providing & applying Araldite or Equivalant Epoxy Self Leveling Flooring (4mm Thick) The scope of work involves 1) RCC Surface preparation (Floor) by mechanical grinder with vacuum cleaner, wire brush & coir brush to remove loose Particles etc and complete floor preparation. 2) Applying one bond coat based on Araldite GY-257 or equivalant/ Aradur HY-450 or equivalant in the ratio of 100:60 PBW. And sprinkle quartz sand when the coat is tacky etc and complete. 3) Over this applying 3mm thick epoxy level mortar based on Araldite GY- 257 or equivalant/Aradur HY140 or equivalant/Quartz sand in the ratio of 100:50:250-300 pbw. 4) Over this applying One layer Putty based on Araldite GY-257 or equivalant/Aradur -2963 or equivalant/Silica Floor in the ratio of 100:45:100-150 PBW. 5) Over this applying 1mm thick finish coat based on Araldite GY-9090 or equivalant/ Aradur HY-2963 or equivalant/ Silica flour/Pigment a in the ratio of 100:43:150:10 PBW etc and complete. (TOTAL THICKNESS 4 mm )

Providing and Painting with Epoxy paint at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including a priming coat if specified by the manufacturer , preparation of surface and etching with 10% commercial Hydrochloric acid wherever necessary and neutralizing the acid etched areas by washing with 5% solution of soda ash neatly and washing with sufficiant water, after first coat Epoxy based trowelling compound if required, including preparation of the surface by scrapping, applying sand paper, filling the holes, joints, cracks if any, etc. complete.all as per manufacturers Technical Data and as directed at site to acheive 200 micron dry film thickness (50 micron primer coat and 150 micron finishing coat).

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles of minimum 300 - 600 mm long and 300 - 600 mm wide and thickness not less than 6 mm conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades as approved by Engineer-in-charge over a bed of 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry including pointing with white cement based Tile grout of approved make and matching shade complete as per patterns, drawings and specifications complete as directed by the Enginner-in-charge

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 100 m lead For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm

Providing and applying varnishing on wooden surfaces, Two coats of glue sizing with approved make varnish over an under coat of flatting varnish with varnish of approved brand and manufacturer including preparation of the surface by sand paper and filling the inherrant holes with wood filler and two finish coats to get required finishing all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and painting walls with (TWO coats) of approved shade of high build protective , elastomeric water proof exterior grade paint of approved make of required shade, minimium dry film thickness of 250 microns acheived in two or more coats / as per manudacturer's specifications including preparation of the surfaces by scrapping / wire brush , scaffolding complete. Primer coat will be with approved make with water in ratio of 1:2 and 2 coats of finishing coat without water all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and repairing to internal plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area up to 2.5 sq metres including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead

Providing and applying white cement based wall putty of approved make over concrete or Plastered surface up to 3 mm thick to get uniform surface free from undulation including cleaning complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
