Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed including removal of debris .

Material and labour for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as speciified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, surface channel, drain and foundation for post etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including sides and soffits of beams, fascias, parapets etc and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer, colour and tint as ordered, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced Concrete as in Columns, slab, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) with necessary scaffolding and protection as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC in copings of Nominal mix concretes Type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) including roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edgesin lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating,and necessary form work as directed as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hard core of Broken stone Boulders of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread & levelled in layers n exc 15cm watered and rammed to a true surface thickness all as directed

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation. Complete all as specified and direction by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 20 graded stone aggregate) as in pavement / pathways, fire breakers etc shall be laid in alternate bays complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth wall tiling /stone slab/brick tiling /interlocking tiling/Pre-polished tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing)/ cement plaster including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of interlocking paver block of any description or thickness in path / hardstanding etc laid, bedded and pointed dry, all as specified.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick vitrified parking tiles heavy duty exterior grade texured finished of size 400 x 400 mm, complete all as specified and directed, Make Endura of Johnson or Equivelent of make mention in Appx A

Material and labour for 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 for parking tiles complete all as specified

M&L for rubber molded glossy finish Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, in white cement with pigment, set, jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement, as in floors / path / hardstanding, laid over screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) for Pre-polished tiles complete all as specified

Supply and laying factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required Complete all as specified and direction by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing, cement concrete in Nominal mix concretes Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as edges of interlocking tiles / chequired tiles, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including demolation as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate)as in sub base complete all as spciified and directed

Material and labour for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring , laid in alternate bays and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 ( using 20mm graded Stone aggregate) as in floor finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified

S&F Glass dividing strips 38mm wide and 3mm thick inserted and fixed in position complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in cover slab for soakage well / manhole and similar works supported on walls and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Reinforcement steel will be measured & paid separately

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips. complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bar 6mm to 8mm dia as in stirrups cut to lenth bent to shape required including cranking ,bending etc and lapping , complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old chain link fencing including flat iron, line wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of RCC posts or struts embedded in concrete any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground and disposal of old debris to outside the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 33 above but embedded in natural ground.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface, work in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified

Supply and fix 10 mm dia mild steel round bar as in line wire for chain link fencing fixed with GI wire including applying two coats aluminium paint over one coat red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces all as directed.

M&L for mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing 4 mm dia galvanized steel wire aparure of size as directed, made up into mattresses or cages lapped wired conforming to IS 2721 all as specified & directed. Note:- Fixing only fencing will be measured and paid separately.

Fixing only chain link fencing of description fixed to steel post with mild steel flat & nut bolt etc. Note: (i) Supply only fencing, will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Supply and fix mild steel nut bolt, line wire and flat will be measured and paid separately.

S&F mild steel bolts screw (machine made) with hexagonal or squre head at one end and scrw the other or screw both ends, each each screwed ends, to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or squre nut exceeding 10cm and not exceeding 15 cm long and dia meter of shank 05 to 10mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of galvanised barbed wire from the existing fencing complete all as specified.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, as in repair etc as directed (each line of wire to be measured)

All as per item No 42 here-in-before but restringing and rescurring only including making good staple complete.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to new steel surface including preparation of surfaces exceeding 10 cm with or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamal paint on steel surface of any description over 10cm widht or girth incl preparation of old steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing wall panelling / cladding of aluminium composite panel of any colour any type of approved shades made out of 3 mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 2 mm thick mineral core sandwiched between two aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick ). The aluminium composite panel wall panelling / cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF lumiflon based fluoropolyer resign coating of approved colour and shade on exposed face and polymer (service) coating on the face fixed over and including base frame fabricated with aluminium square pipe of size 25 mm x 40 mm with 1 mm wall thickness including stainless steel screws, nuts bolts, washers cleats, weather silicone sealant for groove filling etc complete all as per manufacturer instruction & as directed including taking down old panelling / cladding complete all as specified.

S&F rolled mild steel section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlin where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250 quality A).

M&L for preparation of old / undecorated plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls .complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix granite (of any type) (table rubbed and polished) 20 mm thick machine cut, in steps, columns, jambs, pillasrs, window cill, cooking platform, walls and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including demolition of existing unserviceable granite with slab Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick tiles for wall cladding(Pinor Brick), each tile of size 75 mm x 230 mm x 20 mm thick of approved pattern / designed, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work such as ornamental and intricate design grills, gratings, gate etc. with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and Approved by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles for wall cladding, each tile of size exc 0.15 sqm but not exc 0.27 sqm, 10 mm thick of approved pattern / designed, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
