Dismantling old defective/burnt sealed compressor of Refrigerator 165 to 310 Ltrs capacity replacement of the same with manufacture reconditioned compressor including soldering copper pipe with new compressor, charging of refrigerant gas R-134a in the system to its rated capacity, replacement of foundation rubber pad, nut and bolts, including testing on full load etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning the gas system with anti corrosive solution and recharging the refrigerant gas R-134a with anti moisture substance and replacement of filter along with rectification of leakage system in the refrigerator of capacity 165 to 310 Ltrs including installation at site and testing on full load etc.

Supply and fix Thermostat switch with defrosting system suitable for refrigerator of capacity 165 to310 Ltrs fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fix Starting relay assembly suitable for refrigerator of capacity 165 to 310 Ltr fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Plastic ice tray suitable for refrigerator of capacity 165 to 310 Ltr fixed in replacement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Vegetable tray with suitable glass cover suitable for refrigerator of capacity 165 to 310 Ltr fixed in replacement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Lamp assembly including lamp suitable for refrigerator of capacity 165 to 310 Ltr fixed in replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down dismantling unserviceable/defective sealed compressor from water coolers of capacity 40/40, 40/80, Ltrs and replacement with new compressor including soldering/Brazing of copper tubes and fitted with foundation rubber pakts,nuts,bolts,washers etc. cleaning the refrigerant system with gas pressure and charging the refrigerant in the system to its rated capacity, to check the leakage if any and made good and testing and full load after etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rewinding of blower motor of water cooler of capacity 40/40/, 40/80, 120/150, & 150/180 Ltrs capacity single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz with super enameled copper wire of same gauge including replacement of bush and center shaft etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surface and applying DUCCO paint by spray gun fully matched with its existing colour outside and two coat of black bituminous paint inside the water cooler base/compressor compartment including removal of all dust and all foreign material with the help of sand paper and rubbing with cleaning compound and polishing on painted surface etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cleaning the gas system with anti moisture solution and recharging the refrigerant gas as existing with anti moisture substance and replacement of filter and copper capillary along with rectification of leakage system in the water cooler of any capacity including installation at site and testing on full load etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cutting the unserviceable worn out sheet portion of water coolers from base/side by Gas welding and replace the same portion with suitable MS sheet of existing guage and foundation stud/bolts etc by gas welding and making smooth surface with one coat of synthetic enamel paint as original colour over a coat of Red oxide etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for writing/marking of SM No /MES No of size 25mm synthetic enamel paint on the water cooler complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Fan motor single phase 230 volts, 50 Hz, 1/6 HP, 1250 RPM suitable for desert cooler of size 4000/5000 CFM, fixed in replacement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Submersible water pump for desert cooler 230 volts, 50 HZ, speed not less than 1300 RPM including replacement of mounting nut and bolts clamp etc, fixed in replacement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Capacitor 4 mfd suitable for desert cooler fan motor etc , fixed in replacement , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing complete body of Desert cooler of medium size made out of plain sheet of size 1.00 mm thick of good quality in lieu of worn out body of desert cooler as existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Closing the opening all around the desert cooler in window with 6 mm thick plywood including cutting making to shape and fixing etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Writing MES No : of size 25 mm thick with Synthetic enamel paint white/black on the body of desert cooler etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix float Valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coat Aluminium rod & high denesity plastc ball screwed for iron Pipe and fixed of Size 15 mm dia .

M&L of GI Pipe medium grade of size 20 mm dia Complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for PVC Connections 15 mm Size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm.

M&L for Bib tap Standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron Pipe and fixed of Size 15 mm dia.

M&L for replacement for replacement/repair of damaged water tubs of desert cooler of any size.

M & L for Submain wiring with two single core of 4 Sqmm and one single core of 2.5sqmm as earth wire with multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC (FR) insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in non metallic rigid (ISI Marked) PVC conduit of size 25 mm dia and the conduits accessories as in repairs complete including making good the distrubed surface to match the existing surface.

M & L for Submain wiring with two single core of 6 Sqmm and one single core of 4.0sqmm as earth wire with multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC (FR) insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in non metallic rigid (ISI Marked) PVC conduit of size 25 mm dia and the conduits accessories as in repairs complete including making good the distrubed surface to match the existing Surface.

Taking down carefully aluminum/Copper point wiring (5/15 Amp socket or power) complete fittings such as switches, C/roses, Pendants DBs, sockets etc. including taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet/DBs/fittings such as switches, sockets, etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All the removed material to be deposited to AGE E/M store yard or will be handed over to the contractor under schedule of credit and making good to the disturbed surface by plastering and two coat of distamper.

M&L for Concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit,medium grade minimum 19/20/25 mm dia ISI marked and conduit accessories fixed concealed in wall/ceiling/roof etc with sunken type pressed steel/welded MS terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm MS sheet, 3mm thick laminated sheath top cover for mounting of fittings,switches,sockets outlets,regulators etc complete including provisining of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly for the following :-

One 3 pin switch socket combination 5 Amp on the independent board.
