Earth work excavation for foundation, etc., in all soil sand sub- soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the foundation with excavated earth other than sandy soil in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in place shown by the departmental officers within an initial lead and lift and clearing and levelling the site etc.,complete

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with good Stone Dust in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specfication.

Cement Conceret 1:4:8 (One Cement four M-sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering and wherever necessary laying in layers of 15cm thick and consolidated and curing complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.-Mixing by mechanical means (S.No:135-SD Book Vol-I )

Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc., centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86.

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two M.sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)
