Earth work in excavation of foundation of structure (bridges work) in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock, chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORTH technical specification section 300 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto all lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual /mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock chiselling, wedging out of rock(where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the required lines grades ,width, cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification section 300 & 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same with in all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposa l of all surplus material to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries ,materials, tolls, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means/ labour if required. Any loss to the public private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases. The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ( one cement is to three sand is to six graded crushed stone aggregate 40 millimetre (forty millimetre) nominal size in or under water and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days, in open foundations for all type of structures including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) dewatering for all depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work complete as per drawings and MORTH. technical specification section 1500, 1700 & 2100 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced cement concrete in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification mix design to obtain minimum compressive strength of M-20 (M-Twenty) using minimum cement contents of 330Kg ( Three hundred thirty Kilogram) per cubic metre with 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size crushed stone aggregate in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1700, 2200 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification of grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) designed mix with minimum cement contents of 400 kg. (four hundred seven kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including curing and cost of form work complete as per drawing & MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1700 & 2300 as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in bed block and dirt wall upto all heights and curing complete including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in super structure as per drawing and MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1600, 1700 & 2700 cement concrete of grade M-30 (M-thirty) designed mix with minimum cement contents of 407 kg. (four hundred seven kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including the cost of curing complete, form work and reinforcement complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge in approach slab including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. (four hundred seven kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including reinforcement, curing and form work complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1600,1700 & 2700 as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing & laying reinforced / pre-stressed cement concrete by Mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in super- structure as per drawing and MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1600, 2300 cement concrete design mix to obtain minimum compressive strength of M-25 (M-twenty five) design mix with minimum cement contents of 400 kg. (four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including curing complete and cost of form work as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in deck slab and wheel guard upto all heights and curing complete including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental, as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in sub structure complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1600, 2200 of grade M-35 (M-thirty five) design mix with minimum cement contents of 422 kg. (four hundred twenty two kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including curing and cost of form work complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in pedestal seismic stopper and curing complete including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of reinforced cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated, pre-cast R.C.C. railing of M-30 grade ( M-Thirty) design mix with minimum cement contents of 407 kg. (four hundred seven kilogram) per cubic metre with graded crushed stone aggregate size not exceeding 12mm (twelve millimetre) nominal size and curing complete, true to line and grade, tollerance of vertical R.C.C. post not to exceed 1 in 500 (one in five hundred) centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000mm (two thousand millimetre) leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion including the cost of reinforcement and form work as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 2700 complete as per approved drawing and technical specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe-415) in substructure complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 1600 & 2200 including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto all heights including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar on reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 1600 & 2300 including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto all heights including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, return walls, wing walls and retaining walls etc. complete as per MORTH technical specification clause 710.1.4 of IRC 78 and 2200 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Stone filling with granular material behind abutments, return walls, wing walls and retaining walls etc. complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1204.3.8 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is s including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing 100mm (Hundred millimeter) diameter poly Vinyl chloride pipe Weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls return walls and retaining /breast walls etc., extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V):20 (H) (one vertical is to twenty horizontal ) towards drainage face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 614,709,1204.3.7 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying a buried expansion joint, covered with 12 mm (twelve millimetre) thick, expansion gap being 20mm (Twenty millimetre) 200mm (two hundred millimetre) wide galvanised weldable structural steel plate as per IS:2062, placed symmetrical to centre line of the joint, resting freely over the top surface of the deck concrete, welding of 8 mm (eight millimetre) dia, 100mm (one hundred millimetre) long galvanised nails spaced 300mm (Three hundred millimetre) centre to centre along the centre line of the plate, as per MORTH technical specifications section 2600 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and filling joint sealing compound as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 2600 with coarse sand and 6% (six percent) bitumen by weight complete in all respect as per drawings, design and the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing drainage spouts complete with 100mm (one hundred millimetre) dia galvanised mild steel down pipe corrosion resistant structural steel grating complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specification clause 2705 including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level cast steel rocker bearing confirming to IRC : 83 (eighty three) (Pt-1) section IX and clause 2003 of MORTH specification complete including all accessories as per drawing and technical specification including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level forged steel roller bearing confirming to IRC : 83 (eighty three) (Pt-1) section IX and clause 2003 of MORTH specification complete including all accessories as per drawing and technical specification including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and Laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement isto four sand isto eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size and curing for 14 (fourteen) days complete in Parapets including the cost of form work with steel plates and drawing and MORD technical specifications section 800,900,1200 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of all other structure graded and compected to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 as per MORD technical speficiations section 300 & 1600 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential .
