Providing and fixing 35mm thick ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters and ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws including lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens 25 mm minimum depth on all edges of flush door shutters (over all area of door shutter to be measured) and also providing vision panel not exceeding 0.1 sqm (rectangular or square) in all type of flush doors including supply of all labours, tools, materials, rubbing and polishing and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers and a pair of lever handles Godrej NEH 06/hafele/dorset with necessary screws etc. Complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/ Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table - 3 of IS: 14856, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge including supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing, mixing and applying 25 mm average thickness in 2 layers, SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of 600mm x 600mm size with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make (Kajaria/Somany/Johnson/Nitco), in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc complete in true line and level, and joints filled with white cement and matching pigments etc. including supply of all labours, tools and plants, materials and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars upto 12 mm diameter to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, mixing and applying Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 75 x25 mm mesh or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of "L" shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants as approved by Engineer-incharge.

Providing and laying SBR Polymer modified (of approved make @ minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) plain/reinforced concrete jacket for the structural members of lighthouse tower e.g. staircase waist slab/beams, tower top slab etc with concrete of 50mm thick in Grade M 25 with cement content not less than 330 kg per cum [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] including 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand). Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mmnominal size) as parapet course over the Lighthouse tower top slab (circular) with cross sectional area of 230X300 mm including the cost of Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work all complete as per direction of Engineerin-Charge

Repairs to plaster with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineerin-Charge

Providing and fixing 50 mm C class G.I. Pipes hand rail as per the Drawing no. MUM/ / / by welding etc. At lighthouse tower top slab. The verticals of handrail to be embedded in concrete cubes of size 150X150X150 in cement concrete in 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mmnominal size) including the the cost of centering and shuttering and priming coat of approved steel primer etc complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper,Synthetic Enamel paint, water proofing cement paint etc from interior and exterior wall surfaces of lighthouse tower and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc including supply of all labour tools materials etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm to interior surfaces of lighthouse tower of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/Burger/Shalimar), over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including supply of all labour tools materials etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/Burger/Indigo) on wall surface complete including supply of all labour tools materials etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Painting with synthetic enamel paint in two or more coats on new work/sand papered of interior and exterior wall of lighthouse tower over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/Burger/Shalimar) of required colour to give an even shade including supply of all labour tools materials etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete (test cerificate for M30 from the manufacture is required) in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).INTERNAL ROAD

Providing and laying 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern, factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations for Kerb stone and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Main Gate with G.I. Pipe ‘C’ class and M.S. flats & plates of size 3.70 m x 2.00 m (as per drawing no. B/4040 design) or as directed including cost of fabrication, transportation, fixing in position, fixing the rails etc. including supply of all labours, tools, materials and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing, Supplying and fixing of Lighthouse/ Department name board in black granite plate of size 90 cm x 120 cm (3' x 4') with engraving letters (in three languages - Local language of state, Hindi and English) of approved size with golden colour in granite plate as per drawing no. B/3006 and as directed, including cost of all materials, Tools & Plants, labour charges, fixed in position and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing, Supplying and fixing Department emblem in granite plate of size 90 cm x 120 cm (3' x 4') engraving the emblem and letters of approved size with golden colour in granite plate as per drawing no. B/3005 and as directed, including cost of all materials, Tools & Plants, labour charges, fixed in position and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.
