Taking out old steel tubler poles 9 mtr by breaking PCC foundation, and all related work and making the site well finished and Shifting of Pole to another location within 54 ASP area (i.e.Tech Area/G Block/admin area/H-block, D-camp etc) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Fixing steel tubular pole single arm type 9 M retrieved from item No 38 hereinbefore including excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n exc1.5 M wide and net exc 1.8 M in depth and triming the sides , boring bottom surfaces to required level, providing PCC (1:3:6) type D-2 using 40mm stone agregate in foundation, 1.5 mtr GI pipe medium grade of 40mm dia for cable protection and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 coping of pole including neccessory frame work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for shifting of post top pole from Tech Area to admin area including necessary excavation and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 work for fixing the same with existing specifications and as all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning and greasing,lubrication of High Mast light lowering device and making it smooth to operate as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for repair of gear box of High Mast light lowering device and making it smooth to operate as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Note:- (a) The amount of Rs 87,250/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 110 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance (b) Item No 37 to 42 alongwith connected items in the schedule shall be completed within one month from the date of commencement being priority work, in case of any delay by the contractor penality of Rs 1000/- per day shall be recovered from RAR/Final Bill.
