The jobs mentioned in SI No 1.02 and 1.03 will be carried out by engaging 3 labours per day on daily basis except Sundays

1. Cleaning & washing of office rooms, office floors, corridors, staircase, walls, windows, furniture of Administrative Building, Sales Office, Co-operative credit society, Central Laboratory, Weighbridge, Training Centre, Record Room, Exhibition Gallery, Conference Room, Union Offices, Canteen building's surroundings ,removal of waste materials/dry leave lying at different places and any other cleaning/sweeping jobs required from time to time at Dankuni Coal Complex Plant on the following terms & condition: cleaning & washing work shall have to be done every day in all above said places/premises other than Sundays/holidays, except cleaning of Floors, staircase, & walls. Floors, stairs, wall need to be clean once in a week

2. Cleaning equipment & material should be supplied by the contractor, per month requirement like jharu-kathi-6 Kg, Phooljharu- 06 nos, jhul jharu-01 no, phenyl- 4 ℓ, Cotton Duster -06 nos, Napkin -03 Nos, Lifebuoy Soap-06 Nos, Dettol liquid - 500 mℓ. washing powder -2 Kg & requirement for once in a year like Mug-06 nos, bucket 06 nos, plastic belcha -06 nos, Scotch Bite-06 Nos, Plastic Sandal-03 pairs, etc with purchased document duly endorsed by security officer at the time of entry at gate
