Warranty- 2 Years Onsite Warranty for Batteries and 3 Year for UPS. The vendor has to provide support to us physically, telephonically, or virtually if any type of problem arises in the said UPS(s) during the warranty/contract period including following. • Service of Onsite Comprehensive Maintenance basis. • Agency shall provide Monthly Preventive Maintenance within the quoted rate for servicing the UPS as well as render unscheduled on-call services to keep the UPS always in operational condition. • Agency shall repair and replace any or all parts of the UPS in case of defects as required from time to time for keeping the UPS absolutely in operative condition within the quoted rate/charges. • The service will include all installation accessories and labour.
