Providing , mixing & applying two component Epoxy resin concrete Bonding coat on prepared RCC surface as per manufacture specification including prepartion of surface by chipping and throughly cleaning of surface complete wherever required and as per direction of ngineer-in-charge.Epoxy material should be conforming to A S T M-881-887 Type 1,Grade 1, class B or C. The material shall be brought from manufacturer in original sealed container.(Product: MasterBrace1414 of BASF/Sikadur 32LP OF SIKA/Nitobond EP Of fosroc or equivalent of pidilite). NOTE: The new concrete/plastering shall be placed to the coated substrate, when it is in a tacky state.

Rebaring/ fixing of shear connectors of new reinforcement bars for structural connections in RCC columns including power drilling holes of appropriate diameter in reinforced or plain cement concrete upto standard depth or as per specification of manufacturer, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy resin based anchoring adhesives of approved make at all height level. Pour the free flow non-shrink Cementitious free flow micro concrete mixed with water as per manufacturer recommendation in the form work and stirring continously using paddle mixer or other mechanical mixer and consuming within 20 minutes of mixing or as per manufacture recommnedation. 12 mm aggregate around 50% of powder content shall be added during mixing of microconcrete. All repaired concrete surfaces shall be cured for 14 days moist curing.. The material shall be tested as per QAP. Payment shall be made on the basis of consumed dry material of micro concrete mix. Providing and applying of concrete penetrating Hitech corrosion inhibitor system of approved make that works on the Bipolar inhibition Mechanism (B.I.M.). B.I.M. inhibits corrosion of steel in concrete at the poles, catholic and anodic simultaneously on concrete surface. The process should be complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for payment area of concrete surface after chipping will be measured. The material shall be brought from manufacturer in original sealed container.( Product - FOSROC/ Sika® FerroGard-903/ BASF/ Pidilite/ Krishna Conchem).

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side at all height made using 40mm diameter M.S. tube spaced @ 1.5m center to center at both horizontal and vertical joining with cup and lock system with M.S.tube, M.S.tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc., including maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved, removing after completion of repair works, the scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners connection with the building, etc., wherever required for essential safety features for the workmen, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. 2) The buildings having maximum height of 15m and the contractor has to observe all safety procedure while working on heights as per I.S. 3696 (Part-I) 1987. (Safety Code for scaffolds). 3) All working platform must be of minimum 600 mm wide, made of M.S pipe and must have guard rails as per specification. 4) Screen of suitable material shall be provided to the full height of scaffolding and securely tied to protect falling objects coming out during the repair work is in progress. 5) To protect workers on lower platform against falling objects from higher level over head protection should be provided on the scaffolds. 6) Necessary aluminium/ M.S. ladder shall be provided at the cost of the contractor, to the full height of scaffolding at required location around the building to enable Departmental Supervisor/Engineer climb up and closely watch the repair work of the building

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine washed crushed graded stone aggregates and washed crushed stone sand containing silt content (size less than 75 micron ) less than 10 % conforming to IS 383 including testings as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of PPC cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

M30 grade with 380 kg. of PPC cement per cu.m. of concrete for all floors

Supplying and placing Normal N20 grade with minimum cement content 250 kg/cu.m using PPC grade with upward variation as per Note below at temperature not exceeding 38ºC with maximum size of aggregate not exceeding 20 mm size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregate and crushed stone sand as fine aggregate including weigh batching, chemical admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting, pumping, placing in various sections, for mud mat, foundation, filing in pits, etc., at all level above from unfinished floor level, maintaining required slope, compacting, finishing, curing minimum 10 days, including centring, shuttering, etc,. complete all as per specifications, drawings, as directed by EIC. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or JSW or TATA or equivalent and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks of same grade of parent concrete from approved source and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well bumt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:5 including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors.

Second floor

Providing and constructing at all floors and lifts 115mm thick brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt stock bricks including providing and placing in position 2 nos of 8mm dia rods at every 4th layer, scaffolding, curing, racking out the joint on both faces etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

First floor

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork / blockwork / concrete at all elevations in cement (PPC) mortar 1:4 using washed cruhed stone sand, 20 mm thick in two layers, base layer 12 mm thick and a top layer 8 mm thick finished rough with sponge. including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, 10 days moist curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications. (Height of structures will be maximum 10.0m)

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork / blockwork / concrete at all elevations in cement (PPC) mortar 1:4, 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, 10 days moist curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing plastering to the ceiling surface at all elevations in PPC mortar 1:3, 6mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, 10 days moist curing complete all as per specifications.

Providing plastering in PPC mortar 1:4, 20mm, thick at all elevations with 2% of water proofing compound or as per manufactures specification, 'lmpermo' or approved equivalent make including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding,finishing, 10 days moist curing, all as per specifications.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels including ceiling with Acrylic emulsion paint for Internal (ACE or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels including ceiling with Acrylic emulsion paint for External (ACE or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels including ceiling with Acrylic emulsion paint for Ceiling (ACE or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on Structural Steel members and other required internal surface at all levels with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: The samples should be got approved by the EIC before placing.]

Repairs to internal/ external plastering over brick work/ concrete at all locations and all lifts using Polymer modified cement repair mortar including preparing the surface by hacking the surface for better adhesion, providing glass fibre mesh or chicken reinforcement, if any required, applying bond coat, filling/plastering with polymer modified repair mortar in layers using approved polymers, curing, cleaning of floor/windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc., all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Surface Preparation: Preparing the wall surface by chipping of unsound/ weak /loose plaster surface mortar with manual Chisel and/ or by mechanical means at all lifts including cutting/trimming of edges to provide firm vertical faces, making square shoulders of cavities, cleaning the exposed surface to make surface dust free, disposal of debris within 2 Km lead. b) Bond Coat: Applying SBR based bond coat of make MC Bauchemie (Naufufill-SBR) or FOSROC (Nitobond SBR) or FAB Chemical (Mixbond SBR) or Bostik (Boscocem 475) or Ultratech (Xtracrete). Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications. c) Application of repair mortar: Building up with polymer modified cement repair mortar of ratio 1:4 (1 part of cement : 4 parts of sand) and adding admixtures in recommended proportion of make MC Bauchemie (Naufufill- SBR) or FOSROC (Nitobond SBR) or FAB Chemical (Mixbond SBR) or Bostik (Boscocem 475) or Ultratech (Xtracrete). Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications (minimum 2% by wt. of cement shall be used).

19mm average thickness Rough cast plaster (7 mm thick rough cast in C.M 1.3 using 6 mm and below size granite chips over 12 mm thick base coat)

Providing and laying approved quality mirror polished Granite slabs for flooring & Skirting of required size & specified colour, pattem and free from cracks, fissures & flakes with straight edges & perfect corners laid at right angles as per pattern over a bedding of PPC cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick (or backing of cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick as mentioned below) pointed neatly with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of slab and finished in all respects, including machine / hand cutting to required size and shape, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, fixing stone to level and plumb, anti-skid grooves for steps, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete. Note: The sample Granite slab shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

In flooring 18mm thick Granite slab fixing with 20mm thick bedding in cement mortar 1:4

In steps/step thread, 18mm thick Granite slab with anti skid grooves of required pattering & moulding and polishing of exposed edges, fixing with 20mm thick bedding in cement mortar 1:4. The granite slab shall be single length to match step length.

Providing and laying Heavy Duty High Build Acrylic co polymer Elastomeric Heat Reflective Cold Applied Water Proofing System from FAB chemicals (MIXGUARD Flexi - 3K(6 layer / DFT 2000 to 2100 microns) or equivalent make for new and old roof / terrace including preparation of surface by cleaning the surface by washing thoroughly by mechanical and manual means, making surface free from laitence/dirt/oil/other materials, removal of loose materials, filling the cracks using approved crack fillers, filling/injection/ grouting the cracks/joints where ever required with polymer modified cement mortar using admixtures and applying chemical coats as specified below, leak test, curing etc all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The material shall be brought from manufacturer in original sealed container. Surface Preparation: Cleaning the whole area with wire brush. Chipping all loose/dead mortar thoroughly. Cleaning the entire area with high pressure water jetting to remove all loose particles/grease/oil/dust/dirt/curing compounds etc. Surface cracks must be filled with MIXFLEX AC along with a bonding primer of MIXPRIME SB 300 or equvalent and Mixing ratio, consumption and application procedure shall be as per manufacturer specifications. First Layer: Prime Coat Applying base prime coat with make of FAB chemicals (MIXCOAT AC300 compound which is produced by mixing MIXCOAT AC-300 with water and cement at the ratio 2:1:3 by volume) or equivalent make. mixing shall be done with a slow speed drill with paddle. This compound shall be applied with sufficient thickness to cover the holes/pores/cracks @ 1.000 Liter / SQM area. consumption shall be as per the manufacturer specification. Second Layer: Fibre Mesh Laying of Fibre mesh of make FAB Chemicals (MIXFELT P50 saturated with MIXCOAT AC 300) or equvalent in the wet condition and allow to dry for a period of 6 to 8hours. A minimum overlap of 100mm to be provided at the joints i.e., at 1.10 SQM / SQM The Mesh shall confirm to the technical specification as per the manufacturers data sheet. (80 Gram / SQM as the weight) consumption of chemical for saturation shall be as per the manufacturer specidfication. Third Layer: Liquid water proofing memberane Apply one coat of flexible two component liquid waterproofing membrane (with undiluted material) of make FAB chemicals (MIXGUARD BC) or equvelant over the fibre mesh @ 1.000 Kg / SQM as a intermediate water tight flexible membrane system in grey colour and allow to dry for a period of 6 hours. Fourth Layer: Water barrier system Apply one coat of hybdrid co-acrylic based water barrier coating in white clear colour ( with undiluted material physically in white colour) @ 0.250 Liter / SQM as a water barriers system of make FAB chemicals (MIXCOAT C450) or equivelant on top of liquid water proofing membrane and allow to dry for a period of 6hours. Fifth Layer: High elastomeric waterproofing membrane Apply one coat of acrylic elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane in white colour of make FAB Chemicals (MIXGUARD HR) on top of water barries coat (with undiluted material) @ 0.500 Kg/SQM and allow to dry for a period of 6 hours. Sixth Layer: Heat reflective with high abrasion resistant membrane Apply one coat of acrylic heat reflective liquid membrane in white colour of make FAB Chemicals or Equivelant (with undiluted material) @ 0.500 Kg / SQM and allow to cure the system for a period of 72 hours for water test. Note: The treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of waterproofing treatment. Water testing shall be done after completion of all layers. No additional cost will be payable for water test. This work shall be executed at inaccessible terrace at a height of upto 11m. Aluminium mobile tower scaffolding having double width platform with stairway as directed by EIC shall be provided by the contractor to access the working area during execution of work. Ten years guarantee from the date of completion of maintenance period shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed format of the department for the workmanship and the materials provided.

Protection of Existing Tile flooring using POP or suitable materials for providing staging and scafolling over the flooring for repairing works etc., including cleaning tiles after completion of all repairing works etc., all as directed by Eingeer in charge.

Providing, fabricating and fixing Structural glazing with 6mm thick Tinted Toughened Glass (semi unitised system - all panels fixed) fixed over frame work of approved size and design to withstand wind pressure up to 200 kg/sq.m. using powder coated anodized JINDAL/ other approved equivalent make Aluminium extruded sections including main frame of 103x55x2mm section for verticals, 72x55x2mm section for horizontals, necessary Aluminium /GI angle cleats with slots for adjusting plumb, fixed to the RCC slabs/beam/column with M10 expansion fasteners, the mainframes verticals to span unsupported length of maximum length of 3.5m, the glazed panels shall be fixed using 40x42x1.8mm section for sub frame, using double side cross linked polythene spacer tape and structural sealant (GE Ultra glaze SSG 4000 or Dow Corning 795/995 or Wacker SG20 or other approved make) in such a way as to transfer the dead weight of the glass on to the mainframe so as to avoid undue stress on the structural sealant, the glazed panels after suitable curing in dust free environment shall be fixed on to mainframe from the exterior from the out side especially in spandrel areas, the grooves (12 to 16mm) will be closed with weather grade silicone sealant DOW Corning 789 or Wacker SG20 or GE silpruf etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer.

Providing and fixing PVC rain water downtake pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A and PVC SWR Fittings & specials confirming to IS: 14735, 'Finolex' or other approved equivalent make of pipes, fittings & specials including jointing with seal ring / with PVC solvent adhesive including fixing in walls/columns using clamps, anchor fasteners, bolts and teakwood packing pieces, joint testing etc complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

PVC SWR Rain water pipe 110mm outer dia

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. Using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and fixing VITRIFIED floor tiles in different sizes with water absorption less that 0.08% and confirming to IS 15622 of Marbonite or approved make in all colours and shades in Glossy or Matt or satin finish (as required by Engineer-in-charge) laid over a bed of minimum 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (IN Skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bd of cement (PPC) mortar 1:3) including machine/hand cutting to required size & SHape, grouting the joints with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of tile patterns, 10 days moist curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per drawings and specifications. Note: The sample tile shall be got tested and approved by the architect/Engineer before procurement.

Providing and fixing in position 25mm thick bitumen impregnated fibre board (Shalitex or approved equivalent) confirming to IS:1838 in expansion joints complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required.
