Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of metal box MS enclosure made out of CRCA sheet 3.00mm thick of size 450mm x 450mm x 250mm depth complete with three phase and neutral aluminium bus bar of capacity 200 Amps and fixing of 3P, 100A MCCB mounted on epoxy insulators, fixing arrangement with suitable MS Clamps of size 32 x 6 mm thick all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for MCCB 100 Amp, Aluminium Busbar 3 pole and 1 neutral of 200 Amp, epoxy insulators and MS clamps of size 32 x 6mm included in this item rate.

Disconnecting & taking out cable LT 1100V grade any size complete all as specified.

Supply, fixing and laying in trenches or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty LT UG cable, 2 core 6 Sqmm, with XLPE insulated stranded Aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape, Armoured with galvanised steel wire and overall sheathed including cable gland, lugs, jointing material etc, jointing, connecting, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Double Walled Corrugated DWC HDPE Pipe of outer dia 50mm and innter dia 38mm including 90 degree bends with coupler and rubber ring laid in trenches of size 50 mm suitable for cable protection of size 2 core 10 sqmm to 3.5 core 50 sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC weather proof, hinged door, junction box with, 240V, Neutral link and 1No MCB SP of 6 Amps, necessary fixing arrangement such as 32x5mm clamps, nut, bolts, etc including dismantling old unservieable junction box all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old steel pole / struts any type and size including demolition of concrete, foundation, necessary excavation and earth work and transportation etc.

Supply and laying in replacement of synthetic rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 KV for electrical purpose as per IS-15652-2006 suitable for electrical shock safety of size 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install erect in trench vertical position in replacement of steel tublar seweaged welded poles complete with MS base plate of 6mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm finial taper plug pole cap, bolts, nut and screwed, pole made out of ERW MS tubing confirming to IS 2713 Part II of 11 mtr long 410 SP-55, fixing of cross arms bracing support/ taking out of cables etc, and painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint for exposed surface and two coat of black bituminious paint for the portion embeded in concerete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M &L for replacement of pole Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI wire 4.0 mm dia, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 15 mm, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion”.
