Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 22.4mm (Fifty three millimetre to Twenty two point four zero millimetre ) grading-III 75mm (seventy five mllimetre) consolidated thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN (eighty to hundred) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (Eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate 0.18 cum (zero point one eight cubic metre) per ten square metre and to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 by mechanical means as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of trasportation within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg (zero point two five to zero point three kilogramme) per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (five zero three) and as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lift and other incidental charges.

Providing and laying 50mm (fifty) milimeter dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 (one hundred twenty) TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75(seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 (four point zero to four point five ) per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compection as per specification clause No.507 ( five hundred seven) complete in all respects including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30mm (Thirty milimetres) thick with 100-120 (one hundred to one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.5 (five point five ) per cent of total weight of mix, agreegate Grading II (thirteen milimetres nominal size) i.e. 13.2 - 10 mm thirty per cent, 10 - 5 mm twenty five per cent, 5 mm and below forty three per cent of volume of agreegate and filler @ 2 per cent of weight of aggregates, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 (five zero nine) complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.
