Supply & Erection of M S lattice structure of height 12.8 mtr as per DISCOMs approved design & details in alignment, including painting of tower of approved make two coat of red oxide paint and one coat of aluminium paint before installation and one coat of Aluminium paint after erection work completed as per technical specifications & drawing of DISCOM. (Excavation of pit PCC and CC foundation as per Discom specs. to be Paid Extra).

Supply of Fabricated 33 KV of 'V' type cross arms made of MS angle(75x75x6 mm) with clamp etc as per Discom specifications on the existing poles complete including all necessary nut and bolt etc with clamps including two coats of Red oxide and two coats of Aluminium paint etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of top hamper as per Discom specifications on the existing pole complete including nut bolts etc as required. Vertical type 33 kV. 0.75mtr. IS 75x75x6mm as per tech specs. Of DISCOM (Steel weight 6.5Kg. Approx. per top hamper).

Supply and fixing of 33 kV pin insulator confirming to IS:731:1971 with latest ammendment on existing bracket including all accessories like MS forged hot dipped GI Pin confirming to IS 2486(Part-I)/1993 & IS:2486 (Part-II)/1989 with latest amendment, and as per latest Discom specs. etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of 33kV Disc insulator and Hot dipped galvanized Hardware confirming to IS:731:1971 with latest ammendment and as per latest Discom Specs. on existing bracket including all accessories etc. as required.

Supply and fixing M.S. channel (cut point) 100x50mm ISMC (9.5Kg. Per Mtr.) 2x1.8mtr. long with pilot patti 50x6mm thick necessary nuts and bolts etc. as per technical specification & drawing of DISCOM.

Supply and installation of spike of M.S. rod 20mm dia 3.0mtr. long for earthing of (tower/pole) drive into earth by mechanical means sturcture connection the spike with cross arm top hamper PCC pole, lattics tower to earth etc. complete as per technical specification of DISCOM.

Supply and fixing of PG / T clamps on overhead lines/jumpers, made of aluminium alloy 4600 of IS 617-1994 (with latest amendment if any) with steel nut and bolts conforming to IS 1363-1992 & IS 1367/1979-80 (with latest amendments if any) all ferrous metal parts intended for outdoor use except those made of stainless steel shall be protected by hotdip galvanising in accordance with IS 2633-1986 complete in all respect as required.
