85985 MAINT / REPLACEMENT / REPAIR OF EXTERNAL HT SUPPLY SYSTEM AND ALLIED WORKS UNDER AGE E/M-I OF GE (SOUTH) PUNE.

Maintenance/ Repair and Servicing of 22/0.433 KV and 11/0.433 KV Transformer outdoor/indoor type of capacity 100 KVA by disconnecting carefully electric connection on primary & secondary side by disconnecting incoming and outgoing HT/LT cables and remove the transformer tank top cover/lid, draining out the transformer oil and keeping in safe custody in clean and dry containers for reuse. and carrying out the maintenance work by experienced and qualified Engineer, dismantling the OLTC, dismantling HT/LT bushings from core winding and lifting the core assy carefully without damaging by using the tripod/ chainpully/crane etc, cleaning / removing the sludge from the transformer tank, cleaning the OLTC and checking the serviceability of the coil / core winding, checking the condition of the body, cleaning the coil/core assy, refixing of core/core assy, OLTC, HT/LT winding connection, connection of protective devices like winding temperature indicator, oil temperature indicator including fixing new gaskets to transformer top and all other places gaskets/washer, terminal studs of HT/LT sides and reassembling of transformer after repairs, refitting the transformer coil incl improvement of insulation resistance value within desired level by heating or any other method to required level complete all as directed to the entire satisfaction of Engr in Charge. Note for Ser. item No. 1.00 to 14.00 below - (i) Filteration of oil will be measured and paid separately . (ii) Repair and servicing of the transformer wii be carried out only by OEM approved Agency.

All as per Ser. item No. 1.00 above but capacity of transformer 160 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser. item No. 1.00 above but capacity of transformer 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser. item No. 1.00 above but capacity of transformer 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser. item No. 1.00 above but capacity of transformer 315 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser. item No. 1.00 above but capacity of transformer 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser. item No. 1.00 above but capacity of transformer 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully 22/0.433KV and 11/0.433 KV transformer of capacity 100 KVA any type from platform/ 2 or 4 pole structure by disconnecting HT, LT & earthing connections, testing diagnosing of fault, transporting in suitable conveyance to workshop from site including loading, unloading reqd at site, workshop complete incl testing for checking fault, decanning of transformer oil and keeping in safe custody for reuse after carrying out repair, opening the top cover, dismantling & step opening, taking out HT & LT coils in the presence of Engineer-in-charge, taking out complete unserviceable core assembly and inserting same in transformer body after replacing the LT & HT coils made of suitable size winding wire, tap changer fitting with connections, setting the HT/ LT coils, varnishing including replacement of insulating material, pasting the rubberised cork sheet with quick fix adhesive, replacing HT & LT side bushing rod cork sheet gaskets and reassembling, filling of existing dehydrated/ new transformer oil of approved quality for topping up and testing, transporting back in suitable conveyance at his location and making all connection of HT and LT sides complete including testing and commissioning of transformer on load complete all as specified.

All as per Ser. item No. 8.00 above but capacity of transformer 160 KVA complete all as specified and directed.
