Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 125 KVA/100 KW at 0.8 power factor, 415 V , 50 Hz, Silent D.G.set confirm to ISO 8528 specification and should meet CPCB-II norms complete as detailed below:-

DIESEL ENGINE:-ECO, FRIENDLY 100 KVA:Make:Qummins/Kirlosker or equvlent as approoved by the Engg in Charge.

CUMMINS/Kirlosker make DSP series engine model 6 BTAA5.9- G-13, 6 cylinders, inline 4 stroke cycle, radiator cooled engine , developing 150 BHP at 1500RPM under NTP conditions of BS'1554: 1982. the engine shall be provided with Electrical starting arrangement & shall give the Electrical output of 125KVA/100KW att 0.8 power factor, 415 volts at the alternator terminals complete in all respect ro the best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The Engine shall be mounted on side mounting type base frame fabrication from suitable M.S. channel suitable machined to ensure prefect dignment of the engine and alternator with rigid construction and necessary reinforcement on plinth size(15'x6'x6") with 1:2:4 cement concrete to ensure minimum vibrations. The engine shall comprise of following accessories:-

Alternator :-Stamford make single bearing alternator suitable for continuous operation generating 125 KVA at 1500 RPM, 415 volts, 0.8 power factor suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase system. The alternator shell be in SP-DP enclosure, self excited, self regulated, foot mounted with ball and/ or roller bearings on end shields. The alternator confirms to IS/IEC 60034-1 & will be suitable for operation in tropical condition.

CONTROL PANEL&ESSENTIAL ACCESSORIES:

Fuel tank: Fuel tank of 14 SWG MS sheet of adequate capacity, suitable for 8 Hours of operation.

Base Frame: Skid mounting type base frame fabricated from suitable MS channel suitable machined to ensure perfect alignment of the engine & alternator with rigid construction & necessary reinforcement to ensure minimum vibration.

Batteries: For electrical control circuit 2 no. 12 volts, 120/ 150 ah each ( dry and uncharged PRESTOLITE make batteries for electrical starting of DG set.

AVM Pads: Suitable number of AVM pads shall be supplied with Silent DG sets.

SOUND ATTENUATED SYSTEM:

The Sound Attenuated DG sets are designed and engineered by the CAD/ CAM experts conforming to international standards and mandatory noise level norms achieving NOISE LEVEL of 75 db (A) at a distance of 1 meters. In open environment.

The system is made of High class sheet metal fabricated panels of 16G thickness having modular construction with multi-fold sheet channel & ISMC section for ease of assembly and dismantling, and high quality FIREPROOF Acoustic material i.e. Rock Wool ( 75 - 100 mm thick having 48-96 kg/ m3 density).

An additional axial flow fan may also be provided to achieve optimal output and acoustic hood with noise splitters if required, to block and reduce the sound leakage. Residential silencer is provided for maximum noise reduction and specially designed vibration isolators are used to restrict the transfer of vibration from the DG set to the body panels & its surroundings.

Complete rate of DG Set including, Price olf DG set, Price of AMF Panels, Installation charges including foundation, and cable connections etc. complete in all respect.

Providing, laying and fixing of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade on surface etc. of the required size:-

Armoured cable 70 sq. mm (3.5 core)

Armoured cable 120 sq. mm (3.5 core)

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mmx600 mmx 3 mm thick, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required.

Extra for using salt and charcoal for G.I. or copper plate earth electrode complete as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for earth connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 volts, On-Load change over switch unit, AC 23 A duty, in sheet steel enclosure, with side handle operation, including drilling holes on the board, making connections, etc. as required. i) .200 Amps.

Supplying and erection of wall mounted metal boards for switch gear mounting of suitable size, with permissible variation in size of plus minus 5mm, welded frame work made of M.S. angle iron 35 mm x 35 mm x 6 mm thick duly welded complete with 2.80mm thick M.S. sheet fixed with hinges as open able front, complete with locking arrangement including painting and bonding to the existing earth as required:-

Providing and filling high speed diesel in the existing D.G.Set 125 KVA as required.

Providing, laying and fixing of PVC round sheathed 4 core 2.5 sqmm copper conductor flexible cable for voltage grade up to 1100 volt , as required complete in all respect. Make :-KEI/Havell Polycab.
