Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Finishing Wall with wather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfacs (one coats ) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface tob remove all dirt, dust and other forign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete in all leads and lifts including carriage of materials and as per the diraction of the Engineer-in -charge .

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer’s specification Two or more coats on new work complete including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Polishing two or more coats with melamine polish of required shade off new wood and wood based surfaces togive an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler in all leads and lifts including carriage of materials and as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge,

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing temporary platform by way of scaffolding for the repair of roofs/roofs projection etc. upto all heights with bamboo complete tied with rope on joints and platform of old CGI sheets etc. in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge (Area of plateform top shall be measured and paid for only).
