Second class brick work using common brunt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto all floor height in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Sand)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost of centring and shuttering in:

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for exterior plastering i/c bends at corner ( as shown in arch drawing) upto all floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 30cm in girth and finished even and smooth including carriage of materials within allleads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing SFRC manhole cover frame of 560 mm internal dia ( medium Duty ) the weight of Frame173 Kg and cover to be not less than 43 Kg complete in all respect. Total Weight including Frame +Cover =216 Kg
