Taking down carefully existing unserviceable aluminium/ copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) of any description & in any position complete including all fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings, lamp holders etc including taking out and removing serviceable fittings/fixtures and making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceiling etc. to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), single core, FRLSH, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, ISI 694 ,including existing PVC conduit etc, modular GI metal sunken/flush boxes of thickness not less than 1.2 mm of any modules from 1 to 18 modules with inner and outer modular cover plates, including FRLSH, rigid PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area) single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed, for the following: - Note:- (i) Modular GI metal flush/sunken Box along with modular base/front cover plate are incl in the item rate quoted (ii) Only switches, sockets and fan regulators shall be measured and paid separately.

One light/buzzer point controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified and directed.

One fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified and directed.

One 3 pin socket out let 5 amp (independent) point controlled by one; one way switch complete all as specified and directed.

One 3 pin socket out let 5 amp point on the (same board) with other switches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 3 here-in-before but with 2.5sq mm size FRLS single core PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volts grade single core stranded (multistrand) copper conductor and 2.5sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistrand copper conductor as earth wire for 3 pin socket outlet 15 amp on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement Sub main wiring with 2 runs of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded single core copper conductor 6 Sqmm in existing conduit with 6 sqmm PVC insulated earth wire fixed to the existing wall with saddles, screws etc after removing the unserviceable wiring and connecting up, complete all as specified and directed. Note: 2 runs of cable will be measured as one length complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair mild steel/ pressed steel anodised sunken box 6/8 module concealed in wall of 1.6 mm thick of externally covered with modular cover and plate for fixing of modular switch, socket etc including all electrical connection and cement motor and finishing the surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair inverter type LED 10 W high quality indoor batten type tube light fitting with PC housing and as well light application CCT 6000 K, electrical connection of three core 0.5 sqmm copper flexible connection from ceiling rose to tube light fitting and with proper square box for fitting of tube light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of LED recessed mounting square slim LED down lighter 36 Watt for AS/GB/POP ceiling 2'x2' size complete with internally prewired and connecting up with twin core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of PVC insulated service cable flat or round sheathed, aluminium, multistranded conductor 1100V grade size 16 Sq mm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully MCBs, Metal clad plug, distribution boards/main switches of any type and size and S & F sheet metal enclosure powder painted for MCB DB SPN 08 way double door with IP-42 protection with Din rail and busbar complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully MCBs, metal clad plug, distribution boards/main switches of any type and size and Supplying and fixing sheet metal enclosure powder painted for MCB DB vertical type TPN 4 way double door with din rail and busbar with IP-43 protection with door earthing and isolated neutral bar and insulated busbar assembly including MCCB of 100 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire 4mm dia, (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt around earth plate & 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth pit and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1:2:4+E79 type B-1 with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12mm dia round bar handle complete all as specified & directed. Supply and fix of LED bldg light 45 watt IP66 with internally prewired incl electronic driver and connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor 1.5 sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 amps complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out & removing old burnt-out windings of electric ceiling and exhaust/cabin fans of any type and rewinding of motor of size upto 450 mm sweep for exhaust/ cabin fan and 1400mm sweep for ceiling fan with appropriate size super enamelled copper wire as approved by the Engineer-in-charge including insulating material such as illuminous paper, Etherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeving, insulating varnish etc testing at workshop and transportation to site, connecting and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge of exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only bush suitable for exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only condenser/capacitor suitable for 230 volts singles phase of capacity 2.5 MFD for exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only fan blade (set of three), complete with tightening bolts/screws, made of suitable for any make and colour of exhaust fan as directed at site by Engr- in -Charge or complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only exhaust fan frame made out of MS sheet for any make and size of exhaust fan with suitable size of nuts, bolts lugs and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out & removing old burnt-out windings of electric fans of any description and rewinding of fan motor with appropriate size super enamelled copper wire as approved by the Engineer-in-charge including insulating material such as illuminous paper, etherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeving, insulating varnish etc testing at workshop and transportation to site, connecting and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge of ceiling fan/exhaust fan/Air circulators/Wall mounted fans/Pedestal fan complete as directed for the following Fans:- (a) Rewinding of motor of ceiling fans 1200/1400 mm sweep
