Dismantling of Structures (Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material,disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lift and lead of 1000 metres) 'By Mechanical Means for items No. 202.

Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal up to 1000 metres. Providing polished tiles of approved quality, size, shape of specified thickness on pavers over a base of 100mm compacted sand gravel including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile (Choksey / Sika / Pedelite / Rouf) /white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tiles complete at all levels as specified and directed. (Coloured pigment should be in conformity with colour of tiles and as approved and directed by the Department).

Providing two coats of Birla White Wall Care Putty (Water Resistant White Cement based putty for concrete/ mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department. (Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5mm)

a) Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Finishing old/ new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal exterior painting of Apex brand of Asian Paints and of required shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scaffolding complete as directed at all levels (two coats)

Providing ‘Sparkle Solar Road Studs, manufactured by Tata B.P. Solar India Ltd. Of size (125mm x 125mm), 90mm height (from bottom of shank to the top of stud) with detachable battery, m6LEDs-three on each side for Bi-directional studs/ 3 LEDs on one side for unidirectional studs, ultra bright LED in amber and red colour, weight per stud 700+25 gms, flash rate of 50-65 times per minute completely water resistant and weather proof with replacement warranty and free maintenance fro one year from the date of installation of stud on road-(installation should be made using adhesives and procedures recommended by manufacturer under the supervision of their competent technician).
