Complete testing, health check-up of 145 KV Circuit Breakers installed at 132 KV S/S Kiratpur under ETD, Bijnor. 132/33 KV T/Fs H.V side- 02 Nos breakers 132 KV Line Breaker- 03 Nos breakers
The scope of work includes following testing & necessary services.
Checking of Gas pressure.
Checking/attending of gas pipes leakages.
Checking of pressure switch setting & resetting if required.
Attending of all indication lamps and adjustment cleaning of auxiliary contact & necessary circuit checking.
Check of all cable connection of drive housing control cubical and in direction to the auxiliary switches for fitting.
Clean the insulators if they are dirty.
Checking of overall conditions of breaker poles, insulators, connectors, jumpring conductors, breaker cubical and control cable.
Checking to ensure all the LEDS are glowing attending of annuciation ckt & panel in all respect lubrication of moving parts of mechanism.
Checking of ON & OFF operations.
Determine operating times of the following operations.
Closing-Opening operations
Static & Dynamic contact resistance.
Trip & Dynamic contact resistance.
Contact Travel.
Contact Timing
Pole discrepency time operation.
