M&L for Granite stone slab colour as directed, 20mm thick machine cut as in skirting/ dado bedder and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 100 m but n.exc 250m and depositing where directed at level n exc 1.5 mtr above starting point all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in hard/dense soil.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations fillings and mass concrete

M&L for Granite stone slab in flooring 20mm thick machinecut including edges, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, over 20mm thick screed bed bedding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
