Replacement of 1500 mm dia. rising main of Pragati Vihar SPS near PWD Office behind J.N. Stadium by Carrying out the following work:- Barricading the site as per DSR No.16.81

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. DSR 2.9.1 Ordinary rock

Extra for excavating trenches for pipes, cables etc. in all kinds of soil for depth exceeding 1.5 m, but not exceeding 3 m. (Rate is over corresponding basic item for depth upto 1.5 metre) DSR 2.11

Providing of Mild steel fabricated /Mild steel Pipe 1500 mm nominal dia. of 10 mm thickness. ISI mark Note:- (10 Mtrs. 1500 mm dia. M.S. pipe (in pieces) shall be provided by the department)

Hiring of D.G. set of 125 KVA capacity as per site requirement with diesel & transportation complete at site of work.SOR 44.1.27

Dewatering of line rising main by submersible pump sets of suitable capacity at site of work. SOR 26.1.27

Providing of 150 mm dia. Air valve SOR 4.34.5 Make:- KBL/IVC/VAg/DJB approved Make

Providing of Sluice valve of 150 mm dia. SOR 4.28.8 Make:- KBL/IVC/VAG/DJB approved Make

Safety arrangement Air Face Mask, Air Line Breathing Apparatus, Hand Blowers, Helmet, Gum Boots, Protective Bodysuits, Hand Gloves, Gas Detector, Safety Belts, Resuscitation Apparatus, Oxygen Inhalator, Portable Ladder, First Aid Box, Caution Tape, Barrie Cone, Litmus Paper, Torch, Fire Extinguisher etc arranged by the firm at site of work for safe working.

Cartage from Pragati Vihar SPS to site and vice versa.

Testing of rising main on full pressure and as per satisfaction of Engineer In-charge.
