Construction of Ward Office in Ward No. 56

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50mtr. initial lead and 1.50mtr initial lift including rough dressing and levelling the bed

Supply and filling in foundation and plinth with river sand, in layers including watering, with cost, conveyance, royalties, and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, carriage of water, sundries T & p required for the work etc all complete as per the specification & direction of E-I-C

Providing & laying plain cement concrete (1:4:8) using 4cm size metal etc. complete including all labour, materials & royality etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

R.C.C. work of M25 grade with 20 mm down graded chips (C.B.) including hoisting & laying
