Commissioning & Testing of existing silent type diesel Engine driven generating set 40 KVA of Make Ashok Leyland Enigner & Lorey- Somer make Alternator, Engine Sr no LEHM104444 Altwernator Sl No LBS320H7067H alongwith AMF Panel Sl no 27448 Battery Sr No CD11713V-408498 including all accessories as per directed.

Commissioning & Testing of existing silent type diesel Engine driven generating set 32 KVA of Make Ashok Leyland Enigner & Lorey- Somer make Alternator, Engine Sr no MLEM200290 Altwernator Sl No LBS3C21A28073H alongwith AMF Panel Sl no 4526 Battery Sr No CAG913V4-412962 including all accessories as per directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 5 of MES SSR part-I(1991) (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 40 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles for pathway and similary nature including necessary form work and finished the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for excavation in trenches for laying of under ground cable, errection of poles and stays in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in–charge.

M&L for Sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and laying Brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
