(i) • The Bidder should be a Sole proprietor or Partnership firm/ LLP/Private Limited Company • Consortium is allowed with a maximum of two partners • Incorporation Certificate • PAN Card Copy • GST Registration Certificate (Above 3 documents to be submitted for all bidding entities) • Consortium agreement in case of Consortium bid with role and share of each partner clearly defined in the agreement

(ii) The average annual turnover of the bidder (lead bidder in case of consortium) from similar work for last three financial years, ending on 31st March 2024 shall be minimum Rs. 7.50 Crores • Audited Financial statement. • Certificate from the statutory auditor to be provided as per Annexure 5 on Auditor’s letterhead

(iii) The Bidder/ Lead bidder of the consortium must have at least five years of experience in on musical water screen projection and must have a valid electrical contractor licences / MoU with vendor having electric licences to complete the project. • Work Order/ project documents indicating start of work 5 years prior to the last date of submission of this proposal

(iv) The Bidder/ Lead bidder of the consortium must have experience in completed projects on water screen projection in the last 5 years. • One similar completed project with a value equivalent to 7.5 Crores or more • Two similar completed works each with a value equivalent to 6 Crores or more. • Three similar completed projects each with a value equivalent to 4 Crores or more. • Provide details of work carried out in Annexure 3 • Work Order/ Contract • Completion Certificate

(v) The Bidder/ Lead bidder of the consortium must have proven experience of at least One (1) completed or ongoing work in Operation and Maintenance of Sound & Light Show on water screen projection for Government/ Semi Government/ PSU/ National University for a minimum period of one year in the last five years preceding the last date of submission of this proposal • Provide details of work carried out in Annexure 3 • Work Order/ Contract/ Completion Certificate

(vi) The bidder should not have been blacklisted / debarred by any Government Department/ Organization/ Corporation Self-declaration on organization’s letter head
