SUB HEAD - I: Operation and Maintenance

Periodical Maintenance & Operation of Electrical & Mechanical Installations involving operation, repair, maintenance attending to complaints/faults/breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems i/c operation of the AC & pumps, preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per the detailed specifications, scope of work and terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days in three shift including Sundays and holidays.

Periodical Maintenance and Operation of Electrical & Mechanical Installations of Sewage Treatment Plant involving operation, repair, maintenance attending to complaints/faults/breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems as per the detailed specifications, scope of work and terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days in General shift including Sundays and holidays after completion of 1 Year DLP of STP work.

SUB HEAD - II : Miscllaneous Repair Works

Comprehensive maintenance of Water Cooler with inbuilt RO system 60/80 through OEM (including replacement of compressor and all necessary consumables & spares like all type of filter, Candle etc.) installed at at different locations of Terminal Building aand attending any number of faults as per requirement .

Rewinding of following fans as per original characteristics with super enameled copper wire and `E' class insulation material, replacement of the worn out bearing etc. as required i/c dismantling, making arrangment for transportation to workshop and reinstallation of the same at site, making supply connection, providing and fixing of necessary nut & bolts etc. (To be carried out as & when required). (The dismantled material will be taken by the contractor).

Calibration of 11 kv KV HT Panel, 1 i/c and 2 O/G(Make-M/s Crompton Graves)

Supply of Tranformer mineral oil for topupin existing 400 KVA transformer.

Filteraion of transformer Oil and record of BDV value for top and bottom layer of Oil.

SUB HEAD- III : Supply of Spares

Supply of Heat Convector of rating 2kw like Havells make and models -CISTA.

Supply of maintenance free battery of following rating as and when required.

Supply of 5 HP Submersibile Pump set suitable for Three phase, 50Hz AC supply and having 3000(rpm) speed,Head 28/51 Mtr,capacity 90-260 lpm, no of stages as per manufacturer design and standrads,outlet size 50mm and suitable for 100mm or bigger borewell etc complete as required.Motor shall have dynamically balanced rotor with stainless steel stator body and rotor shaft corrosion and abrasion resistant parts of pump shall be made of stainless steel .(Make-As per AAI approved makes)

Supply of 3 HP Submersibile Pump set suitable for Three phase, 50Hz AC supply and having 3000(rpm) speed,Head 18/53 Mtr,capacity 0-180 lpm, no of stages as per manufacturer design and standrads,outlet size 50mm and suitable for 100mm or bigger borewell etc complete as required.Motor shall have dynamically balanced rotor with stainless steel stator body and rotor shaft corrosion and abrasion resistant parts of pump shall be made of stainless steel .(Make-As per AAI approved makes)

Execution of works as per CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rate (E&M) 2018 and specification as and when reqd. Percentage above or below on the rates of DSR (E&M) 2018-(CPWD )-Electrical items worth totaling to Rs. 300000.00 as mentioned below. (Note: Rate shall be quoted in the Indian Rupees only payment of DSR item will be released on the basis of percentage calculation of quoted amount and fixed amount of Rs. 300000/- as clarified below: For Example: If desired to quote 5% above on DSR-2018rates, the rate column shall be filled as Rs.315000/- If desired to quote 3% below on DSR-2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as Rs.294000/-) (Rates are inclusive of Cess@1% on Rs.3,00,000/-)
