Providing, Installing, Testing and Commissioning complete of ‘Silent Type’ Diesel Generating set alongwith having Prime Power Rating of 25 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 V suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase system & for 0.85 Load Factor complete including RCC over PCC foundation as per manufacture’s instruction and anti-vibration pads including all features to comply with latest CPCB II guidelines and noise label less than 75db at 01 (One) meter from DG set and consisting of the followings (Construction of foundation shall be paid separately) (anti-vibration pad as per manufacture specifcation shall be included in quoted rate):- (a) Diesel engine:- Diesel engine 4 stroke water cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 47 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10001/10002, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. (Ref PS for Detailed Specification) (b)Alternator :Synchronous alternator rated at 25 KVA,415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited andself-regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class-H insulation. (Ref PS for Detailed Specification) (c) Fuel Tank: Daily service fuel tank of requisite liters capacity (as per Manufacture Instructions) fabricated out of not less than 3 mm thick M.S. sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class ‘C’ pipes of suitable dia. Complete with valves, level indications & accessories as required as per specifications specified by reputed manufacture.

For item no. 01 here-in-above (d)Engine mounted Instrument Panel (In built AMF panel) fitted with and having digital display for following all as manufacture specifications: i. Start-stop switch with key ii. Water temperature indication iii. Lubrication oil pressure indication iv. Lubrication oil temperature indication v. Battery charging indication vi. RPM indication vii. Over/Under speed indication viii. Low lub. Oil trip indication ix. Engine Hours indication x. Microprocessor based Gen set controller having the following monitoring features and diagnostic features :- (aa) Monitoring features: - Phase Voltage, phase current, KVA, KW, KVAr, KWH, Power factor. (ab) Diagnostic features:- Battery charging failure, over current, over/ under voltage, over KW, Phase sequencing, Phase missing, high engine temperature, low/ high battery voltage, low fuel level, over crank protection (e) Base Frame & Foundation: Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer. (Ref PS for detailed Specification). (Base frame as per Manufacture specification shall be included in quoted rate) (f) Exhaust System: Dry exhaust mainfold with residential silencer complete all as per manufacture specification and instructions. (g) Starting System:12V/24V DC starting system comprising of starter motors: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of batteries (25 plates, 180 Amp. Hour capacity lead acid type) as required as per specifications. Battery shall be 24 volts 88AH for (30 KVA, 40 KVA and 62.5 KVA) and 130 AH for 160 KVA & 180 AH for 250 KVA. (h) Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per manufacture specifications including to limit overall noise level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 mtr from the enclosure as per CPCB norms under free field conditions.(Ref PS for detailed specification). The acoustic enclosure fabricated out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet having doors, insulation sides and top by mineral rock wool recommendation with wiring and illumination complete all as per Manufature's instructions and GE. (j) Testing all as specified in PS of tender documents.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr deep in soft/loose soil and getting out for taking down / laying of pipes all as directed.

M&L for PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete 1:3:6 type-C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed

M&L RCC M-20 design mix using 20 mm graded aggregate as in foundations for placing DG set and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Concrete block should be in one water level and spirit level to be used to check flatness of the block surface. (ii) Foundation should be design considering safe bearing capacity of soil and DG set static and dynamic load. Anti-Vibration Mounts (AVMs) are provided to reduced generator set and noice transmission to the surrounding structure as per OEM of DG set instructions.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft & raft beams, sides & soffits of foundation & plinth beams; and similar work; verticle or to batter fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading leeling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick after the cable have been laid tested complete all as secified and as directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioiong to under ground cable provided with layer of sand (8cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable ie total 23 cm.

M&L for brick laid in trenches for cable protrection of burnt caly sub class 'B' complete laid dry flat.

Provn of earthing galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 5 Mtr deep below ground level filled with alternative layers of charcoal and salt of 15 cms thickness connected to GI earth lead strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts and check nuts and washers of copper/brass rivet or brass/copper nut bolts with washers including earth work funnel with watering arrangement, wire mesh, GI pipe 50mm dia for watering and 40mm dia medium grade for protection of earth lead. RCC pit 1:3:6 type C1 and RCC chamber cover in 1:2:4 type B1 of size 550 x 550mm with 8 mm dia TMT bar of 100mm C/C both ways and testing on completion including necessary earth work and excavation testing after completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI earth lead strip beyond 7.5mtr will be measured and paid seprately and earth testing resistance should be below 5 Ohms.

Supply and laying in replacement or fixing or passing through pipe cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core comple all as specifed and directed. Note :-XLPE insulated PVC sheathing (heavy duty) armoured cable with aluminium conductor for working pressure up to and including 1100 volts to IS -7098 (Part-I)
