Taking up or down 20 mm steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm pvc tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete as directed and specified.

BLDG WORK

S&F GI tubing of 20 mm dia, medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls or ceiling (concealed) or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 16mm dia (inner dia) Polyethylene Aluminium Ployethylene (PE-AL-PE) composite pressure pipes including all EZ type internal sealing with brass fittings (such as elbows, tees, reducers, couplers, short pieces, connectors, etc.) fixed to walls/chajja/ceiling and hooks (in case of concealed pipe work)/ clamps (in case of exposed pipe work) complete all as specified and directed. Makes: Nexgen Composite Industries/ Jindal Pex Tubes Pvt Ltd/ Kitck ISI PE-AL-PE pipes Note:- 1. This work has to be done by a trained plumber with a minimum 5 years company experience certificate. 2. All samples of PE-AL-PE pipes shall be as per sample pipe kept with GE (East) Bareilly. 3. (a) Net weight of 200 mtr per carton should be 22.00 (+/-2) Kgs. (b) Water pressure test is also to be done by contractor before concealed the pipes.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply and Fixing erecting steel tubular poles in vertical position/as strut poles sewaged 410-SP-55, 11 Mtr long, ISI marked complete with cast iron / M S base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts washers and screws as required duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of read oxide primer above ground level, internally and including Planting depth (externally) with two coats of bituminous paint and numbering of poles, black strips etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto- all as per item No 64 above but 9 meter long steel tubuler pole 410-SP-31 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing 33 KV 400 Amp isolator with earhlink out door type, three phase, double break, centre rotating type suitable for manual operation. Each pole of isolator shall be provided with two sets of contacts to be operated in series and the moving contact blades shall rotate in horizental plane and galvanised steel frame operating pipe of 25mm bore medium grade GI pipe suitable for operation while standing on ground for 3 phase and locking arragement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 33 KV 400 Amp isolator out door type, three phase, double break, centre rotating type suitable for manual operation. Each pole of isolator shall be provided with two sets of contacts to be operated in series and the moving contact blades shall rotate in horizental plane and galvanised steel frame operating pipe of 25mm bore medium grade GI pipe suitable for operation while standing on ground for 3 phase and locking arragement complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installing and testing and commissioning of a set of 3 Nos lightening arrestors station class single pole non linear register type as per IS 3070 with all fittings discharge capacity 65 KA, rating 30KV(rms) suitable for 33 KV grounded neutral link system fixed on channels, cross arms including connecting to over head line and up to earth pit complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installing and testing of outdoor type (CTs) 33 KV current transformer- 03 Nos oil cooled/dry Type polycrete having CT ratio 100/50/5+5 for connecting 33 KV side of Transformer bushing class 5P 15 VA burden suitable for protection, metering and differenent operation complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installing and testing of outdoor type (CTs) 33 KV current transformer- 03 Nos oil cooled/dry Type polycrete Type having CT ratio50/25/5+5 for connecting 33 KV side of Transformer bushing class 5P 15 VA burden suitable for protection, metering and differenent operation complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installing and testing and commissioning of the out door type 33 KV PT of ratio 33KV/rt3/110V/rt3 class0.5-3, burdon 50 VA, insulation level 70 KV, voltage factor 1.2 Cont and 1.9 for 30 sec, confirming to IS 2705 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Energy Efficient transformer plinth/platform mounted, 33 KV on primary side and 11 KV on Secondary side, capacity 2000 KVA, step down, outdoor type, 50 Cycle (50 Hz), AC double wound core type copper wound oil immersed air naturally cooled (ONAN) type with external cooling tubes winding shall be made with 99.9% pure electrolytic grade copper as per IEC 60076, transformer delta connection on primary side (33KV) and star connection on secondary side (11 KV) in accordance with vector symbol DYn-11 and having taping at of +5 % to -15% in equal steps of 1.5% changed by means of ON load tap changing arrangement. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS. Transformer oil shall be as per IS 335:1993. The limit of temperature rise after continuous full load run as specified in IS 1180, shall be suitable adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temperature prevailing at site all as specified. The transformer shall be completed with following fittings and accessories:-

(a) Cable boxes on 11 KV secondary side suitable for connecting up XLPE cable up to 1x240 sqmm x 3 core cable end. (b) HV bushing with arching horn on 33 KV side. (c) Oil conservator with filling hole, cap, drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with connecting pipe along with first fill of dehydrating agent and oil seal. (e) Explosion relief vent mounted on tank with double diaphragm and equalizer pipe connection to conservator air space (pressure release device) (f) Air release plug (g) Shutoff valve between the conservator and bucholz relay (h) Drain valve with threaded adapter. (j) Filter valve with threaded adapter (Top and bottom)

(ad) RTCC Panel complete with all accessories. Note No1: Contractor shall arrange for factory visit for Rep of Accepting Officer to check Routine tests as Per IS: 2026 and including the following:- (i) Double voltage /Double frequency Test (ii) Full load Test (iii) Regulation Test (iv) Efficiency Test (v) Polarity Test &Other Type & Routine test as per IS Note No. 2: The cost etc for testing of transformer shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Note No. 3: Maximum losses of transformer shall not exceed values as that for at least three star rating transformer specified by Bureau of Energy Efficiency Level II (BEE). I.e Maximum allowable losses at 50 % of full load shall be 0.70 % and Maximum allowable losses at full load shall be 0.98%. Note No. 4: The transformer shall be energy efficient type with core made up of high grade Cold Rolled Grain Oriented (CRGO) sheets. Scrap CRGO material shall not be used for manufacturing of transformer.

Supplying, installing, commissioning and testing HT 11 KV, 3 phase 50 Hz 250 MVA 13.1 KA for 03 Nos out going VCBs & 350 MVA 18.37 KA for 02 Nos incoming VCBs and 02 No. Bus coupler, each single panel switch board, vertical/ horizontal isolation and horizontal draw out type vacuum circuit braker (VCB) confirming to IS-13118, EIC 56 totally enclosed, single copper bus bar floor mounting metal clad indoor extendible, fully interlock vertical isolation and horizontal draw out type indoor circuit breaker suitable for installation in 11 KV 3 phase 3 wire supply system. The each VCB shall consist the following:-
