Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortat bedding but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position and remove debris outside from MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius and built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Treatment of sunken floor slab comprising of the following specifications and all as specified :- (i) Material & labour for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely 40 mm thick avg PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (Cost of cutting holes and pipes shall be measured and paid separately) (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting to be carried out. (WPC shall be measured & paid separately) (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty. (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (v) Material & labour for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturers instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.(This item shall be measured and paid separately) (vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately) Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and shall be tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in the rates

Cutting holes in bricks or RCC walls exe half brick built in cement mortar including making good after inserting and setting spouts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix GI pipe 50mm dia medium grade laid in sunken floor complete all as specified and direced by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor lever+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1 mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken protion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, using Pidiproof LW+ water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit or equvalent as per manufacturer's instruction, as sub floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Water Proofing Chemical shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Water proofing chemical Pidiproof LW+ of Dr. Fixit or equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surface or surface other than fair face of brick-work in 1:6 and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for removing loose, disturbed or disintegrated old concrete/brick surfaces of walls, RCC beam, column, lintel, pardi, railing etc, cleaning thoroughly exposed reinforcement, by sand blasting using suitable pump as direceted by the GE, preparing exposed concrete surfaces to receive guniting, applying one coat of anti corrosive paint to the exposed reinforcement, applying pressure guniting in cement mortar 1:3, average thickness 20mm to 30mm and thereafter rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3, mixed with water proofing compound in the ratio as per the manufacturers instructions and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement to match with the existing surfaces, removing the debris outside MD land including material and labour and safety arrangement for guniting work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- (i) The finished level of the surfaces shall be matched with the existing surface. WPC shall be measured & paid separately as supply only) (ii) Provision of additional reinforcement steel in case required and ordered shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 16mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-in-charge in RCC structural element.
