Removal of slips in all kinds of soil (including saturated soil boulders and rocky portion requiring blasting upto a distance of 100 metres dosposing of un-serviceable materials, stacking serviceable materials and neatly dressing the surface.
Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed Chiselling /Wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) Hard Rock.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and plinth.
Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting , hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works.
Painting two costs (excluding priming cost on new steel and other metal surfaces eith enamel paint brushin to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters :--Enamel paint other than white
Surface praparation of old concrete by cleaning methods like compressed air/high pressure water blast/sand blast, chipping, wire brush or other means for laying of repair mortar as per technical specification including all stages and scaffolding etc.(complete finished with all leads and lift)
Supply of two-components epoxy binder (rasin & hardener) confirming to ASTM C881 type-IV, Class C as per technical specification
Supply of well graded quartz sand/filler for use in epoxy mortar as per technical specification
Applying epoxy mortar over prepared concrete substrate as per technical specification including cost of carriege,scaffolding and labour etc.complete finished item:upto 6mm layer
