3.2 B To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 Satisfactorily completed at least 50 Percent of the contract value, as prime contractor at least one similar work such as building work of value not less than Rs. 40.02 Lakhs.

To qualify for the award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work 1.Earthwork Excavation/ Subgarde/Embankment-314.82 Cum 2. PCC/RCC/PQC-155.04 Cum 3. TMT Steel -11.32 Tonne 4.Plastering - 931.50Sqm 5. Flooring/Tiles -267.95 Sqm 6. BBM/SSM/ CC-solid block/ similar masonry wall -98.84 Cum

The Tenderer should be a PWD Registered Class III & above contractor

as per this note, each tenderer should demonstrate availability of few key equipments / machinery for execution of the work. However as per Govt circular no GO-FD/ AE 263/EXP12-2022 dt 11-05-2022, this clause for owning key equipments for works costing up to Rs.3.00 crores is exempted.

Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 24.01 Lakhs Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. LOC should be in prescribed format-2, if not, then the tender will not be accepted.

3.2 b.To qualify for the award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 Achieved in at least Two Financial years a minimum financial turnover(in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs 80.04Lakhs (With UDIN Number)

Reports on the financial standing of the Bidder, such as profit and Loss Statement and Auditor Report for the last five years
