D-Dust collectors for Peening machine 1 (PANGBORN) -1 Nos./MWFPS
1. Removal of all the bags along with the clamps.-27 Nos 2. Cleaning of ducting from the machine to the dust collector. Repair bends and straight chutes that are damaged. -01 Unit 3. Clean the dust chambers thoroughly.-01 Unit 4. Refit the bag assembly, hooking on top and clamping at the bottom. (Clamping should be proper and air tight.) -27 Nos 5. Overhaul the shaker 1 mechanism and interlinking mechanical parts. Drain out the old oil and refill new oil. -01 Unit 6. Servicing of screw conveyor, rotary feeder, gearbox & replacement of screw conveyor pillow block bearings & drive chain with sprockets.-01 Unit 7. Inspection & servicing of blower, repair of blower shell & repair / replacement of impeller. Balancing of blower- 01Unit 8. Cleaning and painting of entire dust collector and including of chimney - approx. height 20 mts and stairway structure.-01 Unit 9. 1. Removal of all the bags along with cages & dismantling of bags from cages.-158 Nos 2. Damaged cages to be repaired by tack welding.-158 Nos 3. Attend all venturies, pipelines & tighten all the fasteners.-158 Nos 4. Replace the rubber gaskets of the top cover & tighten all the fasteners. (Chamber should be air tight)- 03 Unit 5. All ducting flange to be opened and cleaned with air. New gasket to be replaced and flange joints to be tightened.-03 Unit 6. Replace the bags with 1 new ones if damaged and clean good ones. Refit cleaned bags with cages and ensure proper clamping / locking. -158 Nos 7. Check the pulsing system and diaphragm valves. Repair / replace pulsing valves & diaphragm.- 03 Unit 8. Inspection & servicing of blower, replacement of bearings, pulleys & V-belts. Balancing of blower.-03 Unit 9. Cleaning and painting of entire dust collector and including of chimney starting from the machine - approx. height 20 mts and stairway structure.-03 Unit 10. 1. Removal of all the bags along with cages & dismantling of bags from cages.-72 Nos 2. Damaged cages to be repaired by tack welding.- 72 Nos 3. Clean the dust chambers thoroughly. - 02 Units 4. Attend to all venturies, pipelines and tighten all the fasteners.-72 Nos 5. Replace the rubber gaskets of the top cover & tighten all the fasteners. (Chamber should be air tight) -02 Units 6. Replace the bags with new ones whichever is damaged and clean good ones. Refit bags with cages 1 inside the chamber and check for proper locking / clamping.-72 Nos 7. Check the pulsing system and diaphragm valves. Repair / replace pulsing valves & diaphragm.-02 Units 8.
