Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Work Completion period 06 months (Including Monsoon)

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

The Item Rate quoted shall include the Royalty Charges on construction materials and other taxes as per prevailing Government Orders.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27.7.2007, a sum amounting to 1%of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund.

All the items in the tender include all lead, lifts, lab our, hire charges of machinery curing for concrete works, and all other incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the direction of Engineer in charge of this work.

The tenderer shall note that the scanned Documents can also be uploaded in the tasks created under Document/Evidence Required from the Bidder

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.

The Department is not responsible for any delay in accessing KPPP portal

Tenderer shall note that the Tenders of those found Eligible as mentioned in Clause 3 - Qualification of the Tenderer in Section 2 : Instructions to Tenderer I T T will only be considered for evaluation

To Qualify for award of this contract, each bidder should give all details and documents as per technical and financial bid attached to this tender

The bidders shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of each tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs.

All materials required for this work shall be procured by the bidder himself 2 of 10 KPPP and should got tested by the quality control authorities at his own cost before use on the work.

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2026-27 in the Technical Qualification Criteria mentioned in the next section

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee into the respective receiving bank accounts of KPPP on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

The Tenderer should be a PWD Registered Class IV & above contractor.

The intending contractors are requested to note that they should abide by the detailed instructions and conditions contained in the standard tender documents KW-1 KPWD and further orders thereon.

EMD Rs. 21,500/- By payments in favour of Executive Engineer PWD Division SIRSI.

Successful bidder should produce 5% of the Contract price plus difference amount for unbalanced tenders in accordance with Clause 25.5 of ITT and Clause 44 of the Conditions of Contract.

Any deviation / error / mistake found in units of items, they should be read as in the unified SR 2023-24 and the rates shall be quoted accordingly.

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

GST will be paid as per the present rates at 18%, if GST revises (Increases or Decreases) same shall be paid accordingly as per the Govt Circular No. FD 417 EXP-12/2024 Dtd:09.08.2024

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26. Achieved in at least One Financial years a Minimum annual financial turnover Rs. 16.93 Lakhs (Turnover certificate without UDIN number is Treated Non Responsive)

If the rate quoted by the Successful Tenderer is less than the Amount put to tender, then the difference amount should be paid in the form of FDR / BG in favour of Executive Engineer, PWD Division Sirsi at the time of agreement.

GST-18% shall be paid to the tender amount separately

The increase in GST shall not be paid in the extended period of contract for which the contractor alone is responsible for delay as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.
