EARTH WORK :

Earth work in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retain -ing walls, footings of columns, steps, septic tanks etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all leads and lifts as directed and specified in following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified. (a) Preparation of groove by nosing the groove in required sizes with Polymer modified mortar - Cement sand mortar (in prop 1:3) mixed with Master Crete M-81 of Choksey Chemicals /Dr. Sealkit Sealcrete (Asian Chemicals) /Rheomix 115 of BASF@ 15% by weight of cement over a bonding coat of Master Crete M-81/Rheomix 131 of BASF mixed with cement in the ratio 1:2 as specified & directed by the Department complete after proper surface preparation including cleaning/ chipping removing all sorts of loose particles and foreign materials and cleaning surface thoroughly (surface preparation including thorough cleaning of surface to be measured and paid separately).

PAINTING :

Providing two coats of acrylic water based wall putty/ wall filter of Asian Paints/ Berger/Dulux (ICI)/ Nerolac over concrete/cement plaster/ brick walls ( internal )and after removing all the loosely adhering material from the wall/ceiling surface with the help of emerey stone ,putty blade or wire brush, moistening the wall with the help of sufficient quantity of clear water as specified and directed by the department.

Applying one coat of distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surfaces after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Wall painting (two coats) with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on new surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. Providing one coat of cement primer( on ext. wall) of approved brand and manufacture on new surfaces after thoroughly brooming the surface preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Finishing old /new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal premium textured exterior finish , finish of Sandex Matt brand of Snowcem India Ltd. Of required shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scaffolding complete as directed at all levels ( two coats)

Applying primary coat over new steel and other metal surface over 100m in width or girth after preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil,grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper. a). With ready mixed "red-lead/ red oxide" primer.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. (i).Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth. b). High gloss (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac).

Applying priming coat over new wood based surfaces over 10 cm in width/grith after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knotting. a) With ready mixed paint, wood primer ( white).

Painting two coats ( excluding priming coat ) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of ditrt, dust and other foreign material , sand papering and stopping (i).Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth. b). ROOF TREATMENT :

Providing plinth protection with bricks laid on edge and grouted with cement mortar 1:4 including finishing with cement painting in prop. 1:1 complete

Providing drain with cement concrete (1:3:6) 10cm thick sides 10cm thick bed over brick flat soling including 15mm thick cement plastering in prop. 1:3 finished with a floating coat of cement slurry as directed with necessary shttering for sides and earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and refilling the sides after completion of work etc. as specified.ii). 300mm wide and average 250mm deep with bed slope 1 in 150 with initial depth of 100mm.

Supplying including installation of the Octagonal poles shall be designed to withstand the maximum wind speed of 169 km/hr. The top loading i.e. area and weight of fixtures are to be considered to calculate maximum deflection of the poles and the same shall meet the requirement of BS:5649 Part VI 1982.
