Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) including floor tiles of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded, jointed and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in sunken portion including floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismaintling of wall and ceiling board or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cast iron drain pipe of 100mm bore, jointed in CM and taking out from trenches, if required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured and paid separately

Dismantling of cast iron drain pipe of 75mm bore, jointed in CM and taking out from trenches, if required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured and paid separately

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc. 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing aluminium door frame including glazed shutter & builders hardware complete of area 2 sqm and not exc 4 sqm each of any description and refixing in the same opening after carying out necessary repair & replacement of unserviceable components / hardware to make if fully functional complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Cost of new jointing cleat, aluminium beading, glazing clips, rubber packing stays including cutting of old style etc and adjusting the same appropriately deemed to included to in the unit rate of this items nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Glazing, new aluminium section for frame / shutter, builders hardware such as handles hinges door closure, floor door spring shall be measured & paid for seprately. (iii) Loose corner joints of frame & shutter shall be tightned by providing shuitable cleats made out of aluminium angle of appropriate size fixed with nut & bolts to make joints at 90 degree.

Taking down existing steel rolling shutters gear operated of area exc 10 Sqm but not exc 20 sqm with all connecting items and repair the lath, hood covers, ball bearings, helical wire spring, lock plates, bracket plates, shaft rods, guide channels of steel rolling shutters and locking arrangements, including greasing, tightening, oiling, welding etc. wherever required, complete to make in serviceable condition and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for loose filling with broken brick of gauge 80 to 150 mm in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation sunken surfaces by cleaning of and removal of loose concrete and filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent in Forsoc and other approved make and applying 2 coats of Dr. Fixit Bath seal WPC in suken areas and laying a protective plaster in 10mm thickness in cement mortar (1:3) admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete LW + @ 220ML per bag of cement applying mix of cement water in the ratio 1:1:5 by volume using DR FIXIT PIDICRETE URP chemical on floor and vertical surface of sunken floor as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note :- Supply only liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of BOQ.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for hard core of stone / boulders of gauge exceeding 63mm but n. exc 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel frame, chowkats, hold fast blocks and other similar items etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 35mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton shutters made of second class hard wood (Bonsum/Hollock), open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 Clause 8.24 (a) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated fixed to chowkat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 35 mm thick factory made plain framed, panelled shutter (any number of panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12 mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and styles as per IS : 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated using second class Hard Wood (Hollock or Bonsum) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified & shown in relevant drawing of item No. 08095 in MES Schedule (Part-II) and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F 28 to 30mm thick (stiles) factory made solid PVC moulded Door shutter, with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded prelaminated PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm thick prelaminated PVC sheet on back face complete all as specified & shown in relevant drawing of item No. 8101 to 8105 in MES Schedule (Part-II) and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 30mm thick factory made solid core PVC door shutter (style) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tubes for top and bottom rails, mild steel frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheet, 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in mild steel frame welded/ sealed to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, complete, all as specified & shown in relevant drawing of item No. 08080 in MES Schedule (Part-II) and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 9mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade conforming to IS-12823 Gde-I, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice lamination,fixed with screws to timber frame work with 6mm thick teak wood lipping fixed with nails as in cup board shutters, shelves complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F in repair Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm for false ceiling including necessary notching. The snap grid shall consist of anodized aluminium main & cross Tee of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.24 Kg/RM and 23.5mm x 26.4mm x1.40mm weighing 0.191Kg/RM respectively. The main and cross tee shall be jointed at junction crossing with anodized aluminium angle bracket of size 15mm x 15mm x 1.5mm weighing 0.12Kg /RM fixed with suitable MS bolts, nuts and washer. The snap grid (main /cross tee section) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with anodized aluminium angle of size 35mm x 25mm x 2mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM fixed to wall with suitable arrangement duly suspended with 3mm dia GI wire length as required @ 600mm C/C with adjustable device including plugging in brick / concrete work with steel raw plugs including making good all the disturebed portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20mm thick (minimum size 550mm x 550mm or size as directed) laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 18 to 20mm thick (minimum size 550mm x 100mm or size as directed), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting, raiser of steps etc. laid over & including rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, grinding, rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 16 to 18mm thick Granite (of any type) slab of approved shade as in flooring, platform etc, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite stone including cutting, grinding over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to sunken floor, finishing surfaces even & fair complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic light shade (as approved) coloured tiles 8mm thick (square / rectangular), polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 8mm thick vitrified ceramic light shade (as approved) coloured tiles (square / rectangular), polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm as on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F factory casted 60mm thick machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paving blocks M-35 having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg / Sqcm using grey cement and no pigment and of shape hexagon/ triangular / zigzag / I-shaped / Three-X etc as directed conforming to IS 15658-2006, laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushion (local tibba sand), laid dry, joint filled with dry sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for glossy finished chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick laid in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 12mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces as in sunken portion, with Neeru finish complete all as specified. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faced or on other than fair face surface of brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered and unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including chalk whitening preparatory to distempering complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered surfaces of wall, preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) over a coat of appropirate primer over and including 3mm thick layer of wall putty (Make J K or Birla) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including preparation of surfaces and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint on walls over a coat of exterior primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
