Cleaning and clearing the blockage of sewage lines of any dia, type and any depth removing any type of blockage by roding from main holes or by flushing water with pressure pump complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of solid / semi solid sludge from existing main holes of any size and any depth and burying the entire sludge / sludge water into excavated pit of adequate size including excavation and covering with earth or disposing off into covered vehicles outside the peripherry of defence land to a distance exceeding 1 Km including taking off RCC / iron main holes covers and refixing the same after clearing complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blockage of EWC / IWC / Urinal / Bathroom / Kitchen and gully trap and removing of sludge / soil / waste to distance exceeding 100 metre and testing of water closet block for proper working after cleaning complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes: - For Ser Item No 1.00 to 3.00: - (i) For the purpose of payment, cleaning of sewage lines and upto including 1st manhole shall be measured as one job. (ii) The contractor will employ two safaiwalas alongwith necessary T&P on all working days for the period of contract for attending the sewage related complaints for buildings where machine cannot be reached. The complaints will be collected by the contractor or his accredited representative on all working days from B/R complaint cell. Complaints will be got signed by the authorised users representatives and will be returned to B/R complaint cell after completion of the complaint. No complaint shall be kept pending or unattended for more than 24 hours. Any damage to manhole covers, gully tarp covers, CI assess doors of CI pipes any dia, PVC pipes / fitting, 'P' traps, floor traps during the process of cleaning/clearing shall be made good by the contaractor by replacing same by new items without ant extra cost to the govt. Urgent nature complaints (EWC / IWC / Urinal / Bathroom / Kitchen and gully trap) shall be rectified within 24 hrs, if not Rs 150/- each complaint for each day will be penalised from the contractor.

Cleaning of septic tanks upto and including 25 users capacity inclusive of removing sludge and sludge water by vehicle mount sewage cleaning machine and jetting and the sluggly sludge water is to be disposed off to a distance of 2 Kms outside the peripherry of defence land including taking off and refixing manholes covers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of septic tanks exceeding 25 users upto and including 50 users capacity inclusive of removing sludge and sludge water by vehicle mount sewage cleaning machine and jetting and the sluggly sludge water is to be disposed off to a distance of 2 Kms outside the peripherry of defence land including taking off and refixing manholes covers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of septic tanks exceeding 50 users upto and including 100 users capacity inclusive of removing sludge and sludge water by vehicle mount sewage cleaning machine and jetting and the sluggly sludge water is to be disposed off to a distance of 2 Kms outside the peripherry of defence land including taking off and refixing manholes covers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of septic tanks exceeding 100 users upto and including 200 users capacity inclusive of removing sludge and sludge water by vehicle mount sewage cleaning machine and jetting and the sluggly sludge water is to be disposed off to a distance of 2 Kms outside the peripherry of defence land including taking off and refixing manholes covers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of septic tanks exceeding 200 users upto and including 250 users capacity inclusive of removing sludge and sludge water by vehicle mount sewage cleaning machine and jetting and the sluggly sludge water is to be disposed off to a distance of 2 Kms outside the peripherry of defence land including taking off and refixing manholes covers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes: - For Ser Item No 5.00 to 9.00: - (i) The sewage line is required to be cleaned by using water jetting machine as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deem to be included of this provision and no extra claim on this account shall be entertained by the department. Jetting machine will be compulsory minimum three times a week otherwise one day recovery of Rs. 10,000/- will be deducted from the payment due to the Contractor. (ii) Contractor during the mechanized operation shall be equipped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction / jetting machine. (iii) Manual cleaning operation / Scavenging is prohibited. (iv) The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall interalia deemed into the cost of providing skilled driver and operator and supervising engineer including provn of water for jetting and removal of sludge / silt / liquid / mud and sand (in foul position) etc complete all as specified. (v) Contractor shall engage the above mentioned T&P and intimate to Engr-in-Charge in writing with machine No / Vehicle No etc for their record and prior approval. (vi) The T&P as and when brought by the contractor based on site requirement, the concerned site executive shall take a photograph of machine along with the supervising staff i.e. JE's and contractor's representatives etc and same shall be kept in record with date. (vii) Pucca bound register shall be maintained showing the machine no / vehicle no and their deployment at site mentioning time and date duly signed by concerned JE, Engr-in-Charge and contractor and the same register shall be produced while claiming the payment by the contractor.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide, not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc, or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as per specified and as directed.

Description all as per Ser item No. 11.00 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3 metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance exceeding 250 m and not exceeding 500m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition / breaking of drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar and taking out off trenches and removing the debris from the site all as specified of 150mm / 200 mm dia pipe including demolition of cement concrete bed / haunching etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed to 150 mm bore pipe (1:4:8) in type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including haunching against the sides of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed to 200 mm bore pipe (1:4:8) in type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including haunching against the sides of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150mm bore / inner dia double wall corrugated HDPE pipes (SN-4) with integral socket and necessary fittings, laid in trenches jointed as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Supply and fixing and laying 150 mm thick reinforced concrete pipes class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars as in trenches complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Supply and fixing and laying 200 mm thick reinforced concrete pipes class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars as in trenches complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, drains etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Ser item No. 22.00 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping of manholes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete in cover slab (for manhole) (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape etc complete binding with and including mild steel annealed wire not less than 0.09 mm dia conforming TMT bars complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Ser item No. 28.00 here-in-before but mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over as in manholes cover handles, steps, clamps etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (½ round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required of 150mm/200mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down PVC pipes (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and removing lead of 100/75mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid in panels, in floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to flat soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) rough finished complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20 cm wide and sides of RCC / PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed.
