Supplying and filling in plinth with local/silver sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete

Supplying & Laying common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 one Brick flat soling in foundation trenches all complete as per specification & direction of E.I.C

Providing & Laying1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) all completed as per specification & direction of EIC

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete M20 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth/Ground level as per specification & direction of EIC

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete M20 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to above ground level as per specification & direction of EIC

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more, Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete as per specification & direction of EIC

Centring & Shuttering above G.L all complete as per specification & direction of EIC

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster in faced in cm (1:6) all completed as per specification & direction of EIC

Supplying, fitting & fixing 2 ply 4 point barbed wire fencing, provided with 7 rows horizontal lines and 2 diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. all complete as per specification and direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting, erecting MS Gates(2 nos)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. all complete as per specification & direction of EIC

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) all completed as per specification & direction of EIC

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in faced in cm (1:6) all completed as per specification & direction of EIC

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufactuaring to give an even shade. New work (two or more coats) over and including warter thinnable priming cat with cement primer all completed as per specification & direction of EIC

Supplying, fabricating, fitting & fixing hollow square pipe of size 35mm x 35mm & wall thickness of 1mm for M S gate alongwith ms aldrop, gate stopper all complete as per specification & direction of EIC

Providing Hot rolled deformed bars in Arrow at top section(In Acending order) (16mm dia round bar for arrow) all complete as per specification & direction of EIC

(T-section MS hinge clamp) Rolled steel equal angle ISA 50x50x6 mm for fixing the ms gate in the wall

Applying priming first coat:With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works all complete as per specification and direction of E.I.C

Applying priming second coat:With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat) all complete as per specification and direction of E.I.C

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturing of required colour to give and even shade. New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution all completed as per specification & direction of EIC
