M&L for dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified.

M&L for dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified.

M&L for mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors,balusters,nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or FE 310-0 complete all as specified.

M&L Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; Flat iron,barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm long but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified.

Supply only Chain link mild steel galvaised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified.

M&L Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified.

M&L Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) fixed in repair complete all as specified.

Painting to new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, priming with red oxide zinc chrome primer (one coat) & finishing with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry in portions built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone agg in fdn filling and mass concrete as specified.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) omplete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (WPC to be measured and paid for separately)

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc, complete all as specified. Note : Inner girth only measured.

All as per Srl item No 17 but add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm, complete all as specified.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade on walls complete all as specified.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type c-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel all as specified

M&L for 60 mm thick, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment of any shape and size including and over 25mm thick sand cushining and 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 typeD2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified.

M&L for machine factory made PCC block (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in kerb stone of size 300 x 300 x 150 mm set in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment including and over 15 mm thick screed in CM (1:6)including 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of old decorative concrete, plastered/ un-plastered surface of wall including cornices, pilasters etc by brooming down, steel wire brushing ,scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots removing nails and filling small holes by putty and prepare the surface and applying one coat of cement based paint of approved colour complete all as specified.
