Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -all work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement :3 coarse sand (zone -III) :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-20 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per EIC.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. Work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding/welding all complete up to plinth level. Thermo-mechanically treated bars of grade fe-500d or more.

Brick work within common burnt clay F.P. S (non-Modular) Bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand).

Centering and shuttering-all work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand (zone-III):

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering-All work up to plinth level: 1:4 (1 Cement :2 coarse sand (zone -III ) :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement:2 fine sand) including testing of points etc. complete: 300 mm dia. R.C.C pipe.

supplying, laying and spreading 20 mm grades stone aggregated around fairlead tube etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

SUB-HEAD-B (Electrical Works)

Dismantling of following Assemblies & sub-Assemblies of the equipment from existing foundation of Arrester Barrier including loading/unloading & shifting to store Room & shifting store Room to site etc complete as required. a) Stanchion system (02 Nos. b) Sheave Assembly (02 Nos.) c) Energy Absorbed (02 Nos.) d) Pressure Roller system (03 Nos.) e) Tape Retrieval System (01 Nos.) f) Engagement System support etc.

Supply and laying of Barrier Cables

(A) Supply of power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes Copper conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable confirming to IS 7098 (Part I) with up to date amendments etc. as required for Arrester Barrier.

(i) 4C x 6sqmm

(ii) 4C x 2.5 Sqmm

(B) Supply of following size copper conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armored control cable of 1.1 Kv grade commissioning to IS 7098, Part-I 1988 with up to date amendments etc. complete as required for Arrester Barrier.

(i) 12C x 1.5 Sq.mm cable

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power /control cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required. Up to 35 Sqmm

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required Up to 35 Sqmm

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required Up to 35 Sqmm

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XLPE copper conductor power/ control cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Cleaning of Cross Runway Ducts for Laying of Cable etc complete as required for Arrester Barrier.

A) supply & Installation of templates & J-Foundation bolts of the following system: A) stanchion system. B) Energy Absorber System. C) Sheave assembly. D) pressure Roller Assly. E) Tape retrieval system; f) suspension cable Anchor i.e. grunting works etc complete as required as per site condition. (G)supply & Installation of Net Anchor i.e. Grouting works etc. complete as required as per site condition.

Re-Installation, Integration, Testing & commissioning of Arrester Barrier system etc. complete as required.
