Part I- ROAD/ PATH & HARDSTANDING

Material and labour for preparing existing surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat @ 5Kg/ 10 Sqm by using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 all as specified.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat @ 5kg / 10 Sqm over bituminous macadam surfaces by using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 all as specified.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 penetration laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with vibratory power roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using 4% binder content by weight of total mix to make good depression / pot holes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and laobour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % (Bitumen VG-30) binder content by weight of total mix, by hot mix process and spread & levelled by mechnical paver with string sensor , rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 ton power roller and rolled to uniform smooth surface complete as per clause of MORT & H (Ministry of Road and Transport & Highways) specification (Fifth revision) complete all as specified and directed. .

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for granite (of any type and any colour) work of 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing 2 mm thick thermoplastic road compund of white / yellow of approved shade for road marking of any width and girth and painting lines, dashes,arrows etc on bitumen road / pavement and on concrete surfaces using hot processor plant including removing old paint by paint remover or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers for removing all dirt/dust and other foreign matters at site and managing traffic control etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Apcotrack of Asian or equivalent in Shalimar / Berger lewis / Nerolac / Johnson & Nicholson

Supply and fix informatory reflective sign board of required size not exc. 0.60 Sqm each, single side writing with stainless steel pipe frame on 2 mm thick aliminium sheet size as required with high intensity prismatic reflecting tape including 2 Nos of stainless steel post in each board having 76 mm dia, 16 guage steel duly polished for best shine fited round globe on top of height 2.1 m each complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Cat No SE- 1007 of sun Eyez product or 3M as approved by GE.

Part II- AREA DRAINAGE

Excavation in trenches n exc. 1.5m wide & n exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Material & labour for Moorum/ red bajri brought from outside MD land as in filling in floors or pavings laid in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, spread, leveled and well rammed including watering as required and as directed and specified.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 ( using 12.5 mm graded granite stone aggregate) cast in situ in lintels upto 1.5m span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flush pointing to brick walls in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exceeding 250 metre but not exc. 500 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for precast reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, set in cement mortar 1:4 as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix structural steel work of channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. Conforming to grade Fe-410- W complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparation of newly untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium oxide primer all as specified.
