Earth work excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, sand, silt or other loose soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock reqiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and completed depositing the surplus excavated soil with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lifts and cleaning, levelling, the site etc., complete as per SS 20B for kerb wall foundation

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, Four part of fine aggregate and Eight part of course aggregate) mix using 40mm HBG ISS metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, two part sand and four part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Providing and laying ,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam 150mm (WMM ) soecification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Supplying and laying Precast Designer Rubbrised Paver Block confirming to IS 1568-2006 specification manufacturing and laying standard of M40 grade 80mm thick (table clauses 5 and 9.14) suitable for bus terminals industrial complexes road on expensive soils etc., including the cost of paver block of size 225mm x 12.50 mm x 80mm and conveyance of materials to work site mentioned in the tender schedule cost of loading and unloading handling during over sand bed of 150mm thick (including the cost of sand) conveyance paver block cutter to site and hire charges of vibrators and block cutter operator and labour for leveling the sand to paver block etc., complete ISI 15658-2006.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per design given including cost of steel and binding wire with all conveyance and lead charges in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the deparmental engineers. TNBP No:30.-

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 (One part cement, one and half part sand and Three part aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for all RCC items of work excluding centering strutting, and reinforcement grills placed in position but including mixing concrete, laying and vibrations charges, curing, etc complete and including providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary etc. complete complying with standard specification ( TNBP No:30)
