Construction of Internal Road at Bachhapur Industrial Estate, Cuttack.

Road length 500mtr (Rigid Pavement)

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Loosening, levelling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm,mixed with water at O.M.C. and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density etc complete

Earth work in Hard Soil or Gravelly soil in embankment, roads etc. within 50m intial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods tomaximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per specification approved by the department.

Rolling and compacting sub-grade looseing by cutting Hard soil for 0.15cum & rolling by PRR

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Grading-III Material as per table 400-2, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregrate conforming to IS:383,the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm,aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1,aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications,cement content not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days,mixed in a batching plant,transported to site,for all leads & lifts,laid with a mechanical paver,compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller,finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of un-reinforced dowel jointed plan cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @400kg per cum. Coarse and fine aggregade conforning to IS383. Maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm.mixed in abatching and mixing plant as per approved nix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip from paver, spread. compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudnal joints.joint filter, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and as per Clause 602 of MoSRT & H specification for road & bridge work (4th Revision) Unit= cum taking output=1050cum(2415 tonne).

Providing strong, rigid, leveled and plumbed centering and shuttering to required shape and size for R.C.C. Foundation and Plinth works in the items mentioned below with wooden or steel centering materials with all necessary bracing, ties and supports for level centering covered with bituminous paper including provision of necessary holes and pockets, electrical conduit pipe, P.H. pipes, fan hooks or boxes, switch board insert plates, clamps and extension bars etc., dismantling and removing the shuttering after the required interval from the date of casting, including cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, sundries, scaffolding, staging, T&P, etc, all complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

GST as applicable will be paid extra.
