Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oadk joists (country wood) of size 10 x 6.5 cm spaced @ about 90 cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10-13cm dia spaced at 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2 for the following items (RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/square, Tee/ELL beams,, Lintels, staircase waist slab, landing slabs, Landing beam, portico beam etc.,)

Supplying and erecting SHUTTERING including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC COLUMN FOOTING, PLINTH BEAM, STAIRCASE SREPS etc., in all floors using mild steel of size 90 cm x 60 cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles for boarding supported by Casurinas props at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand ) using best quality of second class (Table molded chamber burnt) bricks of size 9"x4 1/2"3" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining the required elevation shall be done without extra cost.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS Steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and ninding wiere in all floors etc., Complete complying with standard specifications.

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 Using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item for works excluding cost of Reinforcement and fanricating charges. Centering and shuttering but including curing amd providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the salbs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departemental officers complete complying with standard specification Rate fo 10m3

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12 mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Wall painting two coats using with approved first quality Emulsion of approved colour over the including proming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer.

Painting two coats over new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc,. Complete complying wuith standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing fabrication of steel door size Using 25x25x6 mm extra completely with one coat red oxide primer including all labour charges and materials complete complying with standard specification and drawings and as Cost and conveyance of all charges etc., complete.
