Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with air compressor clause 503 as per Mort&h

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using viscocity grade bitumen to required line grade & level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less then 200 per hours laying and rolling with a smooth wheel roller capacity, finished to required level and grades Clause 510. as per Mort&h

Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less then 200 t per hours using crust stone chipping 6.7 mm size & penetration bitumen of suitable grade Type B Clause 511 as per Mort&h

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 310 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal up to a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand approved quarry from the site of work & including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 802,803,1202 & 1203 (M-10 1:3:6)

Brick masonry work in cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 600,1200 & 1203

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) mm thick on brick work in substructure as per techinical specification clauses 613.4 & 1204

Supply & Laying of Hume pipe S & S Type in position with cement and sand mortar in 1:2 withsun including labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of by the Engineer-in-charge (Labour rate only) N.P-3-Type (a) 1000 mm dia
