M & L for Periodical maintenance and servicing on monthly basis of Air Handling Unit (AHU) floor mounted of any make and model like checking and cleaning of air filter ,motor including checking proper electrical connection, checking/tightening of all nut and bolt , checking of solonoid valve etc, a checking of proper functioning of electrical control panel, checking/cleaning of pre filter with soap solution and complete removing of dust particle (twice in a month), and routine checking to ensure smooth running of AHU including preparation of monthly inspection report in the register as per proper format for each AHU plant installed at following locations complete all as specified and as directed. (a) AHU 48 TR -02 Nos at Nirbhay hanger (b) AHU 45 TR -02 Nos at RUSTOM-II Note:- The maintenance of all AHU (Total 04 Nos ) shall be catered as each job.

(a) Cassette type AC upto 4 TR at Rustom II- Total 17 Nos (b) Cassette type AC upto 4 TR at Rustom II- Total 12 Nos Note:- The maintenance of all Casette type AC (Total 29 Nos ) shall be catered as each job.

M & L for Periodical maintenance of Central AC plants with air cooled screw chiller of any capacity like checking for proper electrical connection by a auth rep of OEM of AC plant checking/tightening of V belt, checking refrigerant pipe line, arresting refrigerant gas leakage if any, checking of proper functioning of electrical control panel, checking/cleaning of pre filter (twice in a month), cleaning of out door unit with soap solution and routine checking to ensure smooth running of Centre AC plants including preparation of monthly inspection report in the register as per proper format for each plant installed at following locations complete all as specified and as directed (a) Central type AC 120 TR + 60 TR as standby at RUSTOM II (b) Central type AC 120 TR + 60 TR as standby at NIRBHAY Note: Replacement of minor unserviceable spare parts upto costing Rs 1000 per month shall be given by contractor

M & L for taking down and disconnecting of all existing LT Cables of any sizes / of any capacity from LT Panel board with out any damaging to other equipments and reconnection of the same after complete the job all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of FASD starter of cap 30 HP to 40 HP complete with auxilary contract,Relay , timer, for compressor including making all connection and control wiring with compressor as per existing all as specified and directed . Make : Schneider/Seimens/ABB/L&T

(ii) The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive for disconnecting unserviceable panel after taking out existing LT Cables from unserviceable panel/duct/trenches and reconnectiong the existing cables to new panel including keeping safe unserviceable panel in custody. iii) Before installing/commissiong drawing of panel shall be approved by GE.

Taking down the existing steel rolling shutters from brackets with connecting rod for servicing and fixing only suspension shaft of 50mm dia GI pipe heavy grade, helical springs, bearings etc., servicing for free movement and smooth function of rolling shutter and fixing unit in original position etc., complete, area not exc 10 Sq m each.
