Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of different izes in light colour shades made using Double Charge technology (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), complete. (Design is homogenous throughout the tile body). Size 600 x 600 mm. [As per CSR-2020 item No.14.113-a]

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles Matt/Semi Matt/Glosy/Highly Gloss finish/ Highlighter /emboss conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of size 600 x 300 mm as approved by Engineer-in- Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (As per CSR-2020 item 14.128)

Providing and laying Anti skid Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm x 10 mm thick of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on flooring skirting and dado in 12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:3 in base and jointed with @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., completewhite cement slurry in joints including corners angles and beading. (As per CSR-2020 item 14.72)

Providing & fixing of PVC ceiling with parameter channel, runner, hanging strips & PVC panel with metal rawl plug and screw for fixing parameter with & G.I nuts & bolts 25x5mm&G.I connecting clips complete in all respect as per instructions/Approval of the Engineer –in charge.

Scraping of White wash and colour wash (As per CSR-2020 item 8.31 (a)

Plastering on under side of ceiling 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (As per CSR-2020 item 15.44)

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade (two or more coats) (As per CSR-2020 item 16.63)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade with two coats applied @ 1.43litre/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing Cement Paint applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 sqm. (As per CSR-2020 item 16.6)

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate z sections and other sections conforming to Is: 733 and IS: 1285 of Jindal, Hindalco, Mahavir or equivalent make approved by Engineer in Charge, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC Plug/neoprene felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading forglazing/ paneling, C.P.brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In- Charge. (Glazing and paneling to be paid for separately) :For fixed portion and chowkhats. [ As per CSR-2020 item No. 17.45 ( a ) ]

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and labour for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC Plug / neoprene gasket required. For shutter of doors, windows & ventilators. [ As per CSR-2020 item No. 17.45 ( b ) ]

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC Plug/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. Providing & fixing 12mm thick pre-laminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in paneling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass/stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings & directions of Engineer-in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides. [ As per CSR-2020 item No. 17.46-ii ]

Water proofing treatment of Roof Slab with High performance cementitious two component product, consisting of a powder component and an acrylic polymer using two coats ( Dr Fixit Roofseal flex - Packaging Size: 12 .5 kg (7.5 kg powder + 5 kg polymer) / equivalent water proofing Solution ). The slurry thus formed by mixing the two, is to be applied on new roofs to forms a seamless, highly elastic, non-toxic waterproofing layer on the roof with a life expectancy of 7 years. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. [ As per CSR-2020 item No. 13.91 ]
