Supply, install, test and commissioning of cassette type split Air Conditioner of capacity 3TR, 5 star rated, three phase power supply complete condenser unit with rotary / scroll compressor fully automatic micro processor based pilot control board with cordless remote suitable for operation on R-407C/ 4 10a Refrigerant gas complete including making necessary platform / angle iron frame for mounting the outdoor unit complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) Outdoor unit to be mounted on platform / terrace / side wall with using ready made powder coated brackets (b) Indoor cassette unit to be fixed properly with using necessary anchor fasteners threaded rod support company recommended size . (c) Drain pipe to be fixed properly to facilitate the water flow easily from indoor unit to out side the wall (d) Refrigerant Copper pipe and cable to be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

Supplying and laying of 20mm dia un plasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf / cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay flexible (soft) copper pipe of size 7/8” & 5/8” for suction and liquid line with nitrite insulation complete from room unit to out door unit including bending, brazing, flaring, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Making opening / drilling of size 65mm dia, using heavy duty stone driller / cutter machine in the stone machinery wall for installing split type air conditioners and for passing suction and discharge refrigerant pipe lines, drain pipe, cable etc and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for submain wiring Four runs of 4 sq.mm, PVC Insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volts, FRLS Grade, ISI Marked, drawn through and including suitable PVC non matallic rigid conduit with accessories fixed on walls / roof / floors / ceiling etc. and connecting terminal ends including one run of 4 sq.mm PVC Insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable, green in colour as earth wire, 1100 Volts, FRLS grade as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Four runs of 4.0 sq.mm copper cable, one run earth wire of 4 sq.mm copper cable and PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one RM.

Taking down un serviceable recesses / roof ceiling / roof mounting light fittings of any type and capacity including connecting accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Recess mounted full panel LED luminaire 36 Watt fitting 2' x 2' with white powder coated housing and frame in CRCA sheet, high efficiency LED grade diffuser, electronic driver duly wired upto terminal block , CRI > 80, LED colour temperature - 5700K, IP 20, 50000 burning hrs as per L70 criteria, ambient temperature - 0 to 50 Deg C , efficiency > 85%, THD <10%, PF >0.95 , surge protection in CM-3KV multi stage isolated constant current, constant voltage operated driver with range 150-270 V, AC and safety extra low voltage safe level <60V DC as per IEC standard, suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor 1.5 RM complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sq.mm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC heavy duty concealed conduit (minimum 25mm dia external) but shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause 19.125 of SSR part- I, ISI marked with wall thickness not less than 1.8 mm including conduit accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes etc fixed surface / concealed / recessed in wall or ceiling etc including 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable as earth continuity wire including modular type metal flush box with cover plate and frame of required module for mounting of modular switches, sockets, switch sockets, fan regulators with required modules all as specified etc for following :-

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

(b) One ceiling fan point / wall fan / exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps and regulator.

Supply and fix LED luminaire 600mm x 600mm, 36 watt, 220 Volts, AC, recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders and LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix ceiling fan electric, Aeroquiet BLDC energy saving with remote of size 1200mm sweep, AC, single phase 230/ 240 V, 5 star rated with regulator complete with blades, down rod, canopy etc including hanging in position and connected upto ceiling rose and including provision of flexible three core 1.5sq.mm copper conductor cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed round cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground, connected to and including copper earth strip of 20mm x 3mm size by means of riveting and brazing and protected by GI pipe light grade of suitable size up to the test point i.e. up to 7.5 mtr, including providing alternate layers up to full volume of pit by charcoal dust and common salt, all around the plate 15 cm depth and width minimum including PCC pit chamber, watering pipe of 50mm dia medium grade GI pipe up to the top of the plate having funnel complete and RCC cover, connecting to the test point and testing on ground complete and including excavation and earth work in any type of strata and cleaning of site all as specified in MES SSR Part-I and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for copper earth continuity main earthing strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit of size 20mm x 3 mm complete all as specified and as directed.
